i checked on greatschools. scripps ranch high is 9, which is the same as
canyon crest academy (this is the high school in cv, correct?), and better
than westview high and torrey pine high (both are 8). but why house prices
are cheaper there?
for a house like this, it is only $825K.

为咱westview好学校教育出了的colorado枪杀案的凶手，那个枪法就是不一般，同一个
学区教育出来的娃们枪法肯定都不差，不仅能防闲杂带枪人员进入校园突突突，也可以
防止带枪的老师中保不准精神突然崩溃突突突，而且更好的是娃们之间有小矛盾，咱么
也拔枪解决，一了百了，咱大人不都这么做的榜样吗；枪杀的越多，咱么越要买枪，爱
枪，拥枪，这对娃们的教育多好啊，positive reinforcement
对了，明天去公司上班，也多带几把枪，可以顺便通知老板一下咱每天都带枪上班，如
果什么被解雇的员工带枪来寻仇，咱每天上班带枪的第一个挺身而出，老板肯定更加器
重，保证升职快；
到Hmart买菜也多带几把枪，结账的时候最好show off一下，保证菠菜也一把也不要你
10 cent了，带枪的好顾客，Hmart给您免费了
电影院，mall什么的就不用提了，钱包可以不带，长枪短枪是一个也不能少的
大家继续努力，再接再厉，多杀快杀，不要老局限于什么mall啊，电影院啊，幼儿园学

Denver movie theater杀人犯是westview高中毕业的。不管哪个学区出来的尖子都可能
后期会出问题。所以我觉得没必要把这列在学区比较上。
人以类聚，孩子在Carmel valley见识不同的人和事未必是坏事。
Funding除了才艺外，很多课外的活动会需要用到，所以funding 充足，孩子各种机会
多一些。多才多艺对将来应该有好处吧。不过目前我没有什么数据可以支持我的想法。
还在实验中，养个孩子真不容易。很想听听过来人的介绍。 |

智吧！所以定高价的一定是要降价的。不过话说回来，PV的中国人再多，能占到几成呢
？所以中国人能操纵PV的房价也就是笑话了。不过如果PV的中学，高中不变的话。我觉
得那就很不错。因为Mesa verde和westview high周边的新房都不便宜。这也就意味着
这2个学校的学分一直不会太低，因为居民的条件摆在那里的。而且据我了解，就算是
换中学，高中也不是强制的。可以有2个选择。比如现在就可以选WEST VIEW或
CarmalMountain。 说实话，有时候让孩子去那么多老中，老印扎堆的学校里去竞争，
是很辛苦的一件事。人生的意义就在于读书，拿好成绩，拼好学校吗？我无法苟同！呵

good a High School is. State API and/or Greatschools.org ratings are skewed
and unobjective.
Please review the calculation method they used to derive the API score in
the CA dept of education:
http://www.ed-data.k12.ca.us/Pages/UnderstandingTheAPI.aspx
The API score for the school is not based on raw scores while SAT average is.
What could be more objective than testing kids on a common platform
