A lot of people moving in, so should not be a problem finding Chinese play
mates or good families to hang out for yourself.
As far as for White families, it is ok, not particular bad or good for
Chinese. |

you can find all major stores within 2-3 miles (this is really the best, I
can not find any other upscale towns is more convenient).
KiMAM market (Chinese Grocery) is only 15 minutes-drive away.

Westwood.
I visited 金门 a few times then stopped going there.
in the winter, I would go to Natick Mall, Burlington Mall or Solomon Pond
Mall, definitely no no for Legal Place. |

Beautiful cap in a very secluded nice neighborhood.
It is 2-3 bedrooms with 1 and 1/2 bath. Updated kitchen with eating-in.
2 Car garages and plenty of parking.
Very convenient, easy to get to highway and shopping.
It is in Westwood (Islington), two minutes walk to Islington rail
station, Walk to grocery, school, cvs.

Driving to Waltham is only 15 minutes from 128, traffic time could be a
hassle though.
Driving to Woonsucket RI, is 128 all the way, actually from around Canton
Street, it is very easy to get to south 128.

发帖数: 2208 | 19 去RI的话,westwood在downey学校那里还是很方便的,从canton street很容易上去,那一
段的95也不堵. 在sharon比较好的房子都在靠里面,要绕到95上也要花好长时间.
去waltham,在rush hour还是比较痛苦,半个小时是肯定要的,如果能错开点时间,就要好
很多.
最近在那一片地方卖房子的有几家,不知道你budget如何.认识的一家人好象正在准备,
也有意思要卖.....呵呵 |

提高情况的，拿到Blue Ribbon School说明此校差生提高得很快而已。westwood近几年
学区升的比较快，就高中来讲好还是比newton south差的。高中主要是看有多牛娃进了牛
大学的。个人看法而已 |

School,Westwood 高中的这个是 Examplar，这些信息网上都有。我左右的邻居去年都
进了 Ivy League,牛娃真的不少。 |

LD wanted only Deerfield and Hanlon.
We tried lowballing a few split entries and couldn't get one.
We heard the train noise on a street next to Islington
then we skipped the Donney due to less decent school rating and traffic/
noise. |

，2万，卖了一年都没有卖出去，没要的主要原因就是太吵 ，还有边上有条小溪，
wetland的问题。走路去火车站也不方便，要绕个圈子，大陆上没有斑马线。 小学是
westwood里头最差的一个。周围邻居开餐馆的，做fliphouse的，有的很有钱，但都不
是文化人。你这个房子我觉得还不如138号的呢。 |

对学区一窍不通。查了几个WALPOLE的小学，也有10分的，请问美国小学时按片上哪个
小学，还是只要自己TOWN里的自己挑喜欢的上。 |
