的太冷了。我们这里和你的水温差不多,甚至大部分时间水温还高些，他们去surfing大
部分时间在水上，还是要穿fullbody wetsuit的。。。

我前两个月游了几次开水，水温都在14C以下，当时穿的是有袖子的wetsuit，即使穿
了，那依然是刺骨的寒冷呀。像我这种body fat这么高的，都会因为水温过低，挣扎在
panic的边缘。如果水温在17度以上，就可以考虑不用穿wetsuit，直接游了。
如果你打算上三项，或者以后频繁开水，我建议你买好一些的wetsuit，最好要试了再
买。越好越合适的wetsuit，对于划水越不会有阻碍。
以下信息供你参考。
British triathlon规定，11C（52F）以下，游泳赛段取消，11C比赛允许游的最长距离
是500米，12C是1000米，13C是2000米。水温在14度以下，wetsuit是必须的。[1]水温

听起来好像不需要floating swimsuit. 准备第一次带swim ring去， 这样是不是
rashguard 和wetsuit 都可以。要保暖就用wetsuit, 但是天气暖和就rashguard了。
我的总结对吧?
就是不知道wetsuit是不是比较重， 一般下水游泳不穿的? 这样看来只有rashgaurd的
choice了? |

Wearing triathlon wetsuits (or do you say triathlon wet suit?) should give
you a potential or an actual swimming speed boost. You do not have this free
swim speed boost in non triathlon wetsuits or without triathlon wetsuits.

选手穿wetsuit赢了不给award。
提升多少因人而异，wetsuit提供额外浮力，能把身体“端平”在水里，这对于一些因
为力量或者技术问题在游泳时不能保持身体“端平”的人来说，提升巨大。记得有过初
学自由泳不久的人说在游泳池里用weisuit发现提升巨大。
若是技术/体能上已经完全可以保持“端平”，那提升就不是格外多。 |

still had full range of motion dispite the tightness. Is that normal?
Another question, what did you do if you need to pee while in wetsuit during
swimming? It seems impractical to take off the wetsuit and I am not sure
peeing in your wetsuit will work well either. |

最近想带我家的小朋友(4 岁)去游泳池玩玩水，没有学过游泳， 想问问大家都给小
孩穿什么。想有一些保温的 (怕水太冷)，又带floating功能的。知道有叫wetsuit
的有保温， 和floating swimsuit，不知道它们是不是差不多? 还是wetsuit 保温
但不float, floating swimsuit 可float 但不保温? 对它们不同的名字有点confuse.
还有小孩的floating device 大家是用floating ring还是用lifejacket? 还是有
floating
swimsuit 就不需要这些了?
真是不太懂。看版上学游泳的小孩挺多的，希望大家多多赐教。多谢。 |

发帖数: 2610 | 20 我家娃长大过程中穿过数个wetsuit（2岁开始游泳，早吧？）。我自己water sport也
有成人wetsuit， full 和shorty都穿过。
根据经验，shorty有很多优点，－－ 对比full suit：
1） 穿、脱容易得多；（很合身的full suit要穿上，经常要struggle一会儿）
2） 很多时候，在泳池里很薄的（2mm或3mm）shorty已经够保暖了 － 比不穿保暖效果
好很多，而很多小孩子不穿都能坚持。差别不需要那么大。
3） 更可能穿两季（因为1），没有可能穿三季。 买时合身的full suit，基本没有可
能穿两季。
4） 价钱也便宜一半左右。

其炎热的比赛才可以穿sleeveless的。
其实如果足够热的话，不穿wetsuit也能游open water。如果水温低，还是full body的
比较靠谱。wetsuit这种东西一定要试，我上次买的就不得不换了大一号的。最好去
local实体店试。 |

之前我的最大毛病就是腿往下沉，产生巨大阻力。
wetsuit是我的身体平行于水面，一下就streamline了。
再摆臂就轻松无压力了。 |

不会flip turn。
到游泳池边上，我是先停下来，站起来，再转身游。
基本没有休息，游泳镜漏水，停过两次整理。
当天详细training log：
2012.5.23 第十二次练习自由泳。wetsuit到了，太爽了。
21圈以后，改变姿势，头不在向前，而是直直向下，头朝正下方以后，胳膊才能充分向
前伸展，腿才能跟水面平行充分向后伸展，明显感觉身体更加streamline，前进阻力减
小很多，游出漂亮的negative split。之后脱掉wetsuit，使用道具，分别练习了摆臂
和打退。

发帖数: 5141 | 36 无同学，如果我是你，我会暂时不使用wetsuit(比赛前适应开水除外)。你目前还在打
基础阶段，对wetsuit产生依赖绝对不是件好事。
游泳是三项中最讲究技术的一项，练好了绝对可以事半功倍。小酸一直强调所谓全浸，
所谓二次打腿这类针对tri的技术都是童子功之后的省力游法，这点我深以为然。许多
欧美的参赛者是从小开始游的（例如Chrissie Wellington以前就是她们学校游泳队的
）。如果希望体会streamline，单练划水或者其他drill的时候可以使用pull buoy或者
training fin。打腿的功夫一定要到位。一开始要尽量不屈膝，绷脚尖，脚尖略微向内
侧。胯部外加大腿发力。绝对会很累，但是只有这个练好了，基础打扎实了，才能在游
泳这个项目上走得更远，至少能够不拖其他两项的后腿。你想，如果你从水里出来，累
得半死，到了T1，车都差不多走光了，会不会很不爽？

发帖数: 152 | 39 今天OWS穿刚到的xterra full wetsuit. 按club里英国老兄的建议订大了一号，游完脱
下来就方便多了，也没有扯破。游的时候wetsuit里面兜了点水，但问题不大。相比之
下原来那件无袖的是更贴身点，但穿、脱衣服多费起码三倍的功夫，每穿一次起码破两
个口子。
不过也有不好的地方，脖子上有一小块蹭红了，左边nipple也磨得有点疼，倒是没破。
另外在亚麻上买的NeoSport neoprene socks完全不行，不贴脚，漏水。一会儿就变成
脚上的水袋。俺比较不扛冻，所以想包严实点，结果反倒成了累赘。
给以后买胶衣的战友们作个参考吧。 |

年的一款。只穿过两次，分别是１１月的开水和铁人(我承认，开水练得少)。铁人赛后
我发现拉链坏了，可能是上岸后自己拉拉链或者是志愿者帮忙脱得太猛了。俺和那家店
一说，他们倒是挺爽快的，让我把wetsuit留下，他们去联系厂家。昨天我接到电话去
取东西，一看是件１１年的新款。矮亚玛感动坏了。
看来wetsuit虽然皮实，可是不好好对待还是可能掉链子。以后俺会多加小心。 |
