游的时候腿不要向外分，身体尽量成直线，以减少阻力。
Wet Suit 太紧，会使你上不来气。我去年回国2周，会来3周后比70。3，
因为胖了6-7磅，Wet Suit 太紧，游出100米就上不来气了，让救生员帮我把 WET
SUIT脱了，用蛙泳游完全程。
自行车，跑步不用太注重技术，先把身体的耐力炼出来。当然要防止受伤，例如车
要调得FIT，跑步要平脚着地以减少对KNEE的压力。

左右是参加1千米的，余下的是游2千米的。我是这里唯一一个穿长袖WET SUIT的人，
有很多人不穿WET SUIT，还有很多人穿无袖WET SUIT。路线是两个LOOP。从下水的那
一刻我就知道我就是自己和自己游了，什么跟游都不适用了。很快，我就成了最后一个
，渐渐的，我的前方看不到人了，只有浮标。几个划小船的人在我身边，我成了重点看
护对象。自由泳游几下，望风两下，就换成蛙泳调整呼吸，然后再反复
下水前我在游泳镜上涂了防止起雾的液，结果涂多了，那个很刺激眼睛，久了以后就脑
袋疼。
好容易完成第一圈，1000米，时间32分钟，这时候2000米都有好几个人完成了，我一回
头，发现大队人马都跟随其后。我和主办方说了，我肯定最后一名了，我还是想游完第
二圈，你们能再等我至少半小时嘛。对方说可以。接着我就跳下水里了继续游。
第二圈比第一圈感觉好多了。可是风这时候很大，我呛了很多次水，腿突然抽筋了，只
有继续蹬腿才好些，一旦稍微停下来腿就感觉抽筋的厉害。渐渐的，第二圈回程了，湖

整个游泳的感觉都不一样了，不但速度快了，而且阻力小、省劲儿了。
第一次穿还不是很习惯，还按照原来的方法游，结果节奏完全不对了，因为划水次数少
了，之前25yd，单手划水10-11次，之后是9-10次。
我的训练是100yd一组，之后休息一会儿，等心率降低后再游100yd，一共游10组1000yd。
没穿LAVA Pants前，平均1：53每100yd（二次打腿）。
第一次穿的时候2014-3-10：有了500yd发现完全不累，之后改成6次/4次打腿，越来越快

缺点是相对dry clutch会损耗一定动力，因为周围的液体对会有drag。
保时捷的engine bay空间真是寸土寸金啊，所以用wet clutch我觉得可能是出于这方面
考虑。
摩托车基本都是wet clutch。整合到engine里了。 |

通常的引擎都是wet-sump，机油收集在曲轴箱底部的机油盘，再由机油泵抽起来，形成
循环
这样有几个问题：
在激烈驾驶时，高g动作会导致底部的机油被甩到侧壁，机油泵就抽不到油
机油浸溅到曲轴，会降低引擎的输出，还会泡沫化，引起更严重的问题
而且由于曲轴箱的体积有限，机油总量是受限的
更因为wet-sump的存在，引擎的高度就比较高，安装后整体重心都高
高等级的跑车往往采用dry-sump，机油又专门的油泵收集到专用的存储容器内
再又另外的油泵抽取循环。容器在引擎外，所以wet-sump的缺点它都没有
它的缺点是复杂，成本高，引擎噪音大，所以不普及 |

Vaping Pneumonia). They thought that was the end of it but the infection

的，读书时候师从新能源方面的大拿导师，后来去了石油行业短暂工作到后来再去正统
发电行业。
油价：第一是垄断利润，大概有30%。也就是油价80的话，如果没有替代能源，那么真
实油价也就60块钱。
真正能作为替代能源的，不是renewable，而是天然气。这些的发展和tesla狗屁关系没
有。shale gas都是人家能源行业自己搞起来的，90年代发展的技术，00前后已经可以
上量了。这种情况下石油巨头Chevron很狡猾的高价把IGCC的东西卖给了GE作为冤大头
，因为他们清楚地很天然气会起来。
天然气起来后，美国用wet gas作为ethylene的feedstock，用CH4作为能源，使得最为
基本的化工原料不再纯粹依赖石油。同时煤行业也推出了各种新技术，使得石油超出85
块钱的时候清洁煤技术就可以profit。这些打破了石油的垄断，给石油的价格封了顶。
tesla之类，用的主要是电网的电，靠的是天然气发电。其实大量的solar上马，给电网

我看wiki, 好像x drive平时是 40/60，遇到需要是 100：0或者0：100. SHAWD 是 平时
70：30，有必要是 30：70。所以是x drive好一点点？另外一个问题是，如果防滑功能
都可以用电子设备来控制（brake），还有没有必要要差速锁？（普通情况，不是越野用
途。）另外BMW的 dynamic performance control好像类似SHAWD的后轴？就是说那些只
有在X6和X5m上面的功能在$36k的MDX上面也有？这个好像很厚道。
