The double whammy limited pass is good for sierra-at-tahoe and north star. I
have purchased the pass in the past two years. It is the best valuable pass
at tahoe area.
Here is how it work:
10 people make a group, the 11th gets a free pass, in order to maximize the
benefit, we need to make a group of 11 people, here is an example(if rate
not change for 2011):

Initially I like Northstar for its very good terrains for different skill
level. The vista express is a pretty long lift serving blue runs. it has a
straight forward backside terrain. You have quite a few nice options to ski

个人目前的解决办法：1.赛前红牛饮料侍候；2.比赛休息间还找人上台热身；3. 不停
地吃巧克力
还是有所帮助的。
为什么比赛短时间里会有这么大的起伏呢？个人的体会是不在体力，因为俺的体力
和10年前相比更强，打一整天没问题。主要是精力，也就是注意力和兴奋度以及
维持的能力。这个年纪越大，越衰退。特别是对以拼速度力量以上旋为主所谓年轻人
打法的老年选手来说，这一点上很吃亏。所以在比赛时很少有连续两三场比赛都有
上佳表现的。往往是一场打得好，如果休息不够的话，下一场就表现欠佳。一旦
表现差了，心态上一乱，往往打得更烦躁，失误更多。而且对俺来说，有个double
whammy。两场比赛间休息太长，身体容易冷却，导致上来肌肉僵硬；休息太短，
注意力也即脑力来不及恢复。 |

US was in a virtual delusional economy for too long where people thought
economy was all about spending money even if it's borrowed money. They've
now not only exhausted all their savings but also their credits. As it

这种现象在俺身上也时有发生。远的不说，上次伙计组织的田纳西邀请赛，俺
上午以两个3：0灭了大块头教授和Drake后，和以前较量从未输过一局的伙计打
起来了，明显就觉得打得漫不经心，兴奋度有些下降，而伙计偏偏像吃了药一样
打得兴奋异常，居然打出不少好球，还频频发球抢拉，居然在第5局才搞定他。
历经这一场险境后，接下来是和正如日中天的老狼比赛。立刻精神又上来了，
整个比赛注意力都很集中，不敢有丝毫轻敌。知道老狼的一板正手暴冲利害，
整个比赛都争取积极上手，逼他防守，接发球都不怎么搓。结果，居然以3：0将
他拿下，连俺自己都很吃惊。赛后伙计很纳闷地问俺，怎么打老狼这么轻松。
俺不假思索地答道，之前看过老狼的比赛，知道他的实力，所以打得格外用心。
估计伙计教授听了俺这个政治上非常不正确的答复更忧闷了，似乎跟其他人打，
俺在放水。
