the base of this discussion should be, unless it is absolutely out of
controll, none of the parents want their kids pee in front of public.
this is a common sense for all parents. There is no such "habit" to let
kids pee whenever whatever they want in any culture.
In China, there are more than 10M kids under age of 2 or 3, how often you
see one pee in public? In China, it is overall quite tolorated toward
whatever a small kid does. A fuss like this is totally unnecessary. |
