问题一:买农业股票能不能对抗经济危机和通货膨胀
“很担心美国经济,再次发生危机,或者发生通货膨胀,那么可不可以通过现在投资农
业股票来对个人财产进行保值。”这是一位网友之前在版上问过得问题。我当时就回答
了我的看法,结论是,不能。有以下几个原因。
1、农产品的价格是波动的,大多以半年或一年作为周期。这个时间是大部分农产品生
长的周期。由于南北半球季节相反的效应,使得一些一年一季的农产品也会产生半年期
的价格波动。简言之,当一种农产品价格升高后,必然激发农场和农民在半年内产出更
多的相应农产品,从而实现价格的稳定和回落。除非经历全球性的气候危机,否则农产
品的价格很难持续保持高位。而全球性的气候危机是十分罕见的。
2、农产品的价格并不独立于世界经济形势。举例说,油用大豆(Soybean (oil)),小
麦(Wheat)和玉米(Corn)这三种指标性农作物的价格曲线(附图一至三)相比于Dow

恩,那我准备买个电饭煲,晚上定时熬粥,早上起来喝了
里面还说whole wheat的bread和cereal一样,也是不利于减肥的

Pros for this court:
Air conditioning always on,comfortable in summer and winter.
Nice shower and other facilities.
Easy and free parking.
Cons:
Not a standard full size basketball court.
Not free, about 4 bucks for a daily pass.
What level? I seriously thought about this problem, what I can say
is Amateur. Can you give some more options to choose except
professional and amateur?

前正式受到美國食品及藥物管理局(FDA)立例規管,所有標榜「不含麩質」的產品都
必須符合新例才能印上相關標籤,廣大食品商與餐飲業東主需留意。有華人營養師昨(
16日)提醒,並非所有人都適合無麩質食品,因此在選購時要仔細辨別。
食藥局日前發出公告,提醒所有生產商和商戶出售的「無麩質」產品必須符合當局標準
,才能打上「無麩質」標籤,否則將被列作違例。此舉將會幫助全美超過300萬患有乳
糜瀉(Celiac Disease)的人,避免誤食含麩質食物而出現腹瀉、腹痛、胃痛或貧血等
症狀。

卻不遵從保守黨政策而被聯邦政府開革。
米斯納 (Adrian Measner) 在上周接到農業部長斯特拉爾通知,要他在兩周後離職。他
跟CWB董事長列達 (Ken Ritter) 原定在周一向眾議院的農業委員會報告,但抵達渥太
華後只知會議已取消卻不明白原因何在。
保守黨在聯邦大選時承諾要結束CWB長期壟斷大、小麥銷售局面,讓農民自願加入該局
,但CWB辯稱此舉會使它名存實亡。
農民的意見分歧,不過生產者選出的大部分CWB董事希望保持加拿大小麥局法 (
Canadian Wheat Board Act) 所規定的壟斷模式。
米斯納在周二的記者會上說,政府要他爭取大家支持市場選擇政策,但法律並非如此。

Step1
Buy a container. A small plastic aquarium about 10 x 6 x 8 inches with a lid
works well. It's best if you can see through the container. The mealworm's
life cycle is a learning experience, so watch what goes on.
Step2
Fill the bottom of the container two inches deep with wheat bran and oats.
The ratio doesn't need to be exact, but use approximately three parts bran
to one part oats. Whole wheat flower and dry powdered milk can also be used.

跑去fasion版围观了一下,爬了一半我就彻底confused了。。。
说水果完全可以代替碳水,可是水果的糖是不是比谷物里的糖容易被吸收,好歹淀粉还
需要消化,水果里的糖就是糖直接被吸收了?
还有人说多吃水果和动物内脏就可以了,whole wheat不好
动物内脏里那么高的胆固醇,能健康么?whole wheat多好吃啊
还说最好的能量来源是动物脂肪,俺昨天做排骨吧看到的肥肉全切了。。。
还有人说人可以完全不吃谷物,brown rice那么好吃,不吃了叫我怎么活?
我爬了一会儿,完全颠覆了我对健康饮食的概念,不敢往下看了。。。
谁来救救我。。。

我发现sandwich店里的whole wheat跟超市买的whole wheat口感差很多
不知道是不是超市里的掺了白面的问题

不行,主食要吃,不然皮肤不好,精神也不好。
不过你该把什么cheese法棍改成whole wheat bread。
如果你平常主食面食为主,那就吃whole wheat的面食。
如果是吃米为主,那就把白米饭改成brown rice。
戒零食不用一下子全戒了,可以慢慢减,
但要严格要求自己绝对不再买新的了,
这样等你把你存货全吃完也差不多了。
另外关键是我前面说的,你三餐一定要吃饱,
哪怕多吃一点也没关系,戒零食最怕的就是饿肚子,
本来意志力就薄弱,肚子一开始咕咕叫了,不可能忍住不吃零食的。
你不要担心中饭晚饭吃多了,三餐目前可以放开吃,
其实你那些零食的热量一点都不少。
而且关键是三餐吃的东西就算热量高一些,也不象零食那么容易发胖,
这个不光是热量的问题。

我减肥有2个星期,上个星期少了2磅,这个星期又回到原来体重。我是按照下面做的。
我有些失望,请大家多多指教,这次减肥非常serious! 请提出宝贵意见!谢谢!
目前体重: 112 pounds = 51Kg
目标体重: 105 pounds = 48 Kg (在没有来美国之前一直是重量,也喜欢这
个重量)
身高: 162cm
减肥计划:要认真监督自己少吃多动,剪掉点油水!剪掉肚子上的3圈肉!把身上的肉
变成tone 和lean!
每天的食谱 规划:
早饭:
1. 黑咖啡 (+10卡的half &half) +一片whole wheat面包 (90卡)
Or 2. 燕麦片一小包,速溶的那种 (122卡)
Or 3. 1 杯non-fat milk (86卡)+ 一根香蕉(80卡)
早饭每天换着吃,控制在200卡以下
午饭:
1.米饭 2两 (half brown rice + half white rice:130卡) + 肉 2,3块(200卡) + 蔬
菜 3样不同的 (150卡)

Check how much sugar added in the "100% whole grain oats",if it is very
small amont, it is ok. Wheat germ has a lot of minerals and vitamins, it
also has a lot of fat just like corn oil. In former Soviet Union, scientist
said it can boost the performance of altheletes, it was not true.

减肥初段少吃酸奶,加助吸收加大食欲。
没什么快又好吃的早上蔬菜,我个人推荐wheat grass powder. 这个主要是方便。一杯
绿绿的看着很恶心,但是对身体挺好地。而且早上睡醒来一杯,比蜂蜜水解毒多了,if

全麦:whole wheat,就是没有提炼过的麦子,口感比较粗糙,高纤维
燕麦:oats,扁扁一片片那种,高纤维

记得刚开始减肥的那2个月我早上就1鸡蛋+1cup牛奶,也撑过来了,现在不行了。主要
是想高carb的能放早上吃
