发帖数: 386 | 4 我就是吃 wheatgrass 把 FSH 降下来的。
2008年一月第一次查 FSH 很正常，4.2; 结果十二月查就有12.4！！不知是增加了一岁
的缘故还是这期间作了5次 IUI，吃 Clomid 引起的。
总之很郁闷，上网查到 wheatgrass 对降 FSH 有好处，所以2009年一月份就开始吃，
每天一两次，从不间断。三月份第一次试管失败，同时开始吃中药，六月份查降到 7.3
，九月份第二次试管失败（卵子在 ER 前排掉了），中药吃吃停停，没有怎么坚持，只有
wheatgrass 坚持下来了。然后又查了一次 FSH， 还是只有 7。
今年一月份为下次试管再查，依然只有7。
虽然没有降到以前的4，而且他们说，" you are as good as your highest FSH#", 但
降下来总比高好吧。
我觉得 wheatgrass 对身体总体是好的，自己觉得至少排便好了很多，对我把FSH 降下来肯定是立了功的。
我试了好几种便宜的，还是 Amazing Grass 最好， 价格是比其他好像贵一些
，但我在下面这家网站买的，便宜一半。wheatgrass 要深颜色的 |

那个wheatgrass powder，我是不大相信的。我看文章说，wheatgrass并没有比其他的
绿色蔬菜营养更好。但它可贵的地方是能够提供新鲜的叶绿素。那种经过加工的
wheatgrass powder也能保证叶绿素新鲜吗？我是不信的。。

is only an indicator that could signal problems with ovarian reserve. The
real problem is not the FSH level, it is the eggs. Taking wheatgrass cannot
possibly fix that. He said, if you have an elevated FSH level, the only cure
is if you meet the hubby earlier in life. This actually makes a lot of
sense to me. I have stopped taking the wheatgrass, and am planning to only
use it as a laxative (seems to work). |

发帖数: 609 | 16 榨汁机juicer有两种工作原理，一是磨碎挤压式，二是刨丝离心式的。
离心式的无法弄出wheatgrass juice这类汁，胡萝卜什么的效率也一般，为了提高榨汁
率一般会提高转速，达到个12500转什么的，但这带来个问题就是给juice里溶解了大量
的氧气，VC会很快氧化，现弄现喝还行，存不住。
挤压式的榨汁率高，什么都能对付，但一般都比较贵，那种横着的像绞肉机的还便宜些
，不过好像用起来麻烦些。 |

食几天之后，脑子里会产生愉快素安多酚（自动启动减少痛苦），所以做完了觉得特别
乐呵。
太饿了各种汁里可以加各种粉：
flaxseed
wheatgrass powder
蛋白粉
benefiber
黑芝麻粉（自己炒炒就可以磨，不要买磨好的有添加物的）
还有就是注意身体保温，不要喝过冷过热的，洗澡别用太烫的或者太冷的水，不要泡澡
做桑拿之类的。剧烈运动就算了，每天遛遛弯没什么大问题。 |
