上去是concourse C。 具体的这个细节俺不记得了，就记得这个大地道。很有特色的。
迪特律机场不复杂，不大，很容易搞清楚地。只要千万注意，别让老人走出安检区了，
否则，再重新安检回来就麻烦了。
最好还是给老人预先申报一个轮椅服务。你想象一下，老人第一次出国，又不懂英语又
不懂流程，还要拖一堆行李两个大箱子过海关，太难为老人了。申请一个轮椅服务，或
者地面向导服务（叫做language assistance--Chinese Mandrian）。在北京机场登机
前，办理登记手续的时候，要柜台直接给你出一张language assistance或者
wheelchair的条（就像登机牌一样的一个条子）。到时在美国下飞机的时候，直接将这
个小条（language assistance--Chinese Mandrian或者wheelchair）给迪特律登机口
的地面服务人员，地勤直接用步话机叫人过来，帮助老人过移民、海关、行李托运、找
到下一个登机口等等。千万记得给小费（5块、10块或者20块）， |

I ordered it for my mom last fall. While the service in Tokyo was excellent,
in US, well, speechless... I guess because of the slushy economy, they didn
't have enough people for the wheelchair service
So I'll still prepare for the worst scenario. If the wheelchair service
works, great; if not, you'll still have a backup plan. |

Tokyo airport. She was afraid, she can't find the right terminal since she
doesn't understand Japanese. It turns out, Chinese and English listing are
everywhere. On the side note, wheelchair service never show up in Tokyo to
pick her up. :( Perfect... she doesn't need it. That was in June 2010. |

不要狭义地认为轮椅只是给残疾人或走不动路的老人用得。如果你非要这么理解，
那么不妨把看不懂听不懂英文的人理解成聋哑瞎的残疾人，也许会让你感觉好受一点
另外，语言不通，好像还可以跟航空公司订翻译服务，这也是United Airlines的客服
