我觉得口服药物对这个部位的作用还是有限的吧。主要是大家都是一周好几次的锻炼，
几乎没有几个
动作不用到肩膀的，况且大家都还要冲极限什么的。很容易在旧伤未愈的时候造成注意
不到的轻伤，
吃药赶不上受伤的速度。结果就是越来越差。
破釜沉舟的要么直接动刀，切了；要么停止肌肉训练2个月，彻底给它恢复休息，顺便
去减脂。 |

Again I explained I did not take a picture showing my big belly and compare,
that only happened in comercials. I still have my old pants, I was on the
last hole (the longest possilbe) of my 38" belt, now I am using the last
hole (the shortest possible) of 36" belt.
I agree with you, losing 50+lbs from 216 to 160lbs is different from losing
50+lbs from 160 to 110. I donot have experience of 160 |

1. G4 is probably most populate and clost to real simulator. But it's still
much differeent when you fly a big real RC one.
2. practicing is the only key for flying RC heli.
