反对出身公民权的行为，无论从历史还是现状来看，都是自绝于华人社区。
先说历史。
美国早期是没有出生公民权的。现在有些人因为反对非法移民在美生子，就叫嚣废除出
生公民权。事实上，美国实行出生公民权之前的那个年代，并不想有些人臆想的那么美
好。那个年代，不仅华人即使出生在美国也没有公民权，而且华人也没有资格出庭作证
，许多华人被白人杀害，凶手却逍遥法外。
出生公民权的实施是多年来无数人斗争的结果。出生公民权是维护公正和平等最简单有
效的方式，不论什么种族，父母来自哪个国家，出生在什么地区或社区，只要出生在美
国领土上就是一样的美国公民。
如果没有了出生公民权，那么出生在美国的人，谁有公民权，谁没有公民权，这个问题
怎么解决？谁说了算？难道还要倒退到过去，白人在美国生的孩子才是美国公民，华人
再美国生的就不是？

虽然比起写很多代码来说，还是要难点，但是比起分析来说
难度要低太多了，这就是一个scale，不知道为什么你脑子里只有简单和困难两个选择

A moral obscenity is trying to get the U.S. involved in another war in order
to line the pockets of arms manufacturers and politicians.
There has to be a need for weapons and military machinery in order to
produce them and make a boatload of money off the American Taxpayers. How do

intent to deny clearly states that I meet three of six criteria
1) Scholarly articles, 2) Peer-review and 3) Scholarly contributions.
The Intent to Deny (IOD) then continues to say that taken together the
evidence does not show sustained international acclaim. It specifically

看了板上大牛门的申请材料。发现自己真的是水过
公司律师办的。就给了几个过时的ref letter模板，信也没帮着改。
petition letter基本就是罗列了一下材料。
唯一一句没在板上看到的就是下面这句
“The Petitioner has submitted the required evidence that meets
the parameters for each type of evidenyce listed at 8CFR 204.5(h)(3). In
addition, the evidence satisfies the two-part Kazarian test wherein the
Petitioner must also establish that the Beneficiary
