Wiki上的解释好像whey protein是在牛奶里占20%的溶解性不受pH影响的蛋白呢。我没
有具体查过成分，不过你的营养师推荐，那估计是因为这个蛋白里含你儿子需要的氨基
酸多？看分子结构Serine确实是一个溶解性不受pH影响的氨基酸。
你也别把Whey蛋白粉给妖魔化了啊，咱们喝这个还不是因为喝着方便。我们喝牛奶也行
啊，不过相同的蛋白摄入量我们要喝6-7杯牛奶才够；我们也可以吃肉啊，不过肉里面
很多胆固醇脂肪什么的，也不能多吃。对了，Whey是用牛奶制造奶酪后的副产品，相同
的蛋白含量应该比牛奶要便宜吧。

买whey当然贵在whey上，放添加剂一来成本上有那么一点点的差另外别人想到添加剂心
里也毛。再有就是巧克力味的冲牛奶出来都是渣渣不好喝，香草的出来厚厚的味道相当
