pane的效果。面包揉时间长了，过度氧化，会失去原有的香味。
关键是要有足够醒的时间，然后把面团拉伸起来，像折信那样把下三分之一折向中间，
再把上三分之一提起来，折向中间。重复把左右也这么折一下。醒10到15分钟后，再这
么折一次。重复三次就好了，不需要揉。
