下面简要介绍一下现在的奥斯卡外语片评选流程：
首先，学院洛杉矶地区的几百名成员将一一观看这65部影片并打分，从中选出
6部得分最高的，这个阶段为期3个月。
第二阶段，奥斯卡专门设立的外语片执行委员会再从剩下的影片中投票选出3部
广受好评的佳作加入这个短名单中(共9部)。

俺很仔细的听了 whistle down the wind 的前两段，还跟 Lottie Mayor
的对比了一下。
俺觉得啊，frada 其实唱得不错，frada 过于自谦了。当然，需要改进的
地方总是有的。俺慢慢说。
其实俺觉得啊，比如口音啊，中国人唱英文歌声音比较靠前啊。这个在艺术
上不是一个绝对的大问题，比如胡里奥之类的 spanish singer，唱英文歌
一样有口音和发音习惯的差别，但大家还是喜欢。
对于这首歌的第一第二段，我觉得首先是唱词方面的尾韵可以考虑改进。
要突出一点尾韵上闭口 i 和开口 a 的对比。我把词贴在下面：

有人要说了，第四句结尾是 ness，不是 (a) 音。这里有两个情况，

research，主要是想看看到底真声，假声的区分。现在看来，还真不好弄清楚。
声音如果从共鸣腔来划分，容易的很，无法是头腔共鸣，鼻腔共鸣，胸腔共鸣，但是这
并不能帮助我搞清楚什么是真声假声，带着这个问题，我又一次求助于网络这位老师。
需要说明的是，很多东西没有严格考证，疏忽之处在所难免。
按照维基的解释，人的发声区从低到高分四大部分，Vocal Fry Register, Modal
Register, Falsetto Register, and Whistle Register，结合一些其他的资料，我大
概理解是这样的：
第一个Vocal Fry Register，油炸音区（也叫脉冲音区，喉音区，脉冲发声，嘎吱声，
声门油炸音，声门颤动音，声门抓擦音，斯特罗低音）是最低的音区，更普及的名字叫
气泡音，空气以气泡形式缓慢通过微微关闭的声门，产生低频爆破音或者颤动音。发音
时，喉中的杓状软骨被拉到一起，导致声带压缩得更紧，因而两个声带更接近，更放松

人过去劣迹， 在本地电视台揭发该候选人， 做了whistle blower. 后来该候选人落选
， 其支持者迁怒Lily , 在网络（尤其是三番版）成天疯狂攻击， bully , 人肉Lily
. 攻击性言论如“外F”，“汉奸” 每天充斥版面， 版主板斧丝毫不理， 放任自流，
事实上imply 这种攻击言论是被默许的。
应指出， 该候选人和版主是本地华人组织UAAFA 的co-founder, 板斧在UAAFA现任重要
职务. 所以板斧明显偏袒对Lily 的攻击者， 而且从选举前就一直亲自撸袖子下场在
三番版打口水仗。 一方面他拿着”版面执法者“ 的大棒，一方面又是被执法的两方之
一， 这根本就是滑稽。 这怎么能可能公平？ 实际上板斧factcat 明显偏向UAAFA 及
落选候选人一方。
