I grew up Asian American in North Dakota, South Dakota and Idaho, some of
the whitest states in this country. I learned to speak accentless English. I

件而言，根据最高法院2015年关于Elonis v. United States的判决，在歌词里面煽动
犯罪是属于言论自由保护的。这里并不是说最高法院的判决是对的，我也很讨厌这种煽
动暴力针对中国人的歌词，只是说这是目前确立的判例。
早在2010年之前，自称饶舌歌曲词作家的Elonis在facebook上引用了一段来自The
Whitest Kids U' Know的歌词，但他把里面的president改成了他的前妻
