NFL里选的很高的跑锋, 成为total bust的比比皆是，
这还不包括Reggie Bush.
Blair Thomas, Rashan Salaam, Tyrone Whitley,
Curtis Enis, Lawrence Phillips, and of course Ki-Jana Carter,
all college greats, all NFL high draft selections, all busts.
不过RB是所有位置里最早出成绩的，
因为他们绝大部分靠的不是领悟，而就是天份，
speed, or power, or cut-backs, 都是有就有，没有就没有，
不像QBs/LBs/Tackles 那样, 要慢慢培养, 理解, 提高.
看头一两年出甚么成绩，就清清楚楚了；
像Tiki Barber那样大器晚成的，少之又少。
RB也是最容易替换，下落最快的位置，
(因为完全是靠身体卖命, 而不是靠脑子/经验),
所以很多队里都有不用高草稿选RB的规矩，
也很不情愿给RB第二份合同。 |

所以起伏很大。Kendall比Kyle cover还要强，但是没有Kyle physical。Booner一直在
提高，不过还是一般。Booner有点像之前的Eddie Whitley，能力有限，不过能call
play，能指挥二线line up什么的。 |

6尺（1.83）左右身高的专业蛙泳选手，算上水下的incomplete stroke（immediately
before breaking surface），8次算是中间值，多一次，少一次正常，再多再少就算
outlier。6次（水上5次）到边没问题，但是达不到个人最好成绩。
不过就像另一个帖子里说的各种outlier们，新人层出不穷，不断突破，只能使用黑猫
白猫理论来说事了。 |

机所处的时区，然后根据系统时
间即可推出北京时间。但是有的时候系统处在夏令时地区和状态下。这个时候要获得系
统的夏令时状态才能得出正确的
北京时间来。但是不是windows要连上网跟时钟服务器同步的时候才能获得哪天开始是
夏令时吧？或者有没有什么办法
直接获得global的时间呢？
按照timeanddate.com的说法，夏令时适用于以下的地区。
EDT is used in the summer in these US states (EST during winter)
Connecticut
Delaware
District of Columbia
Florida - Southern/Eastern parts
except Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Holmes, Jackson, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa,
