will get tens of sections from a single embryo for you to try. If the
antibody works, then move to whole mount. Just remember the time for
fixatives, antibodies and etc. to get into the center of the embryo will be
a lot longer than it is needed for sections. |

It seems that if I want to bypass embryonic lethality, it is a candidate. If
people have been using tissue specific systems, they would be better than
whole body.
I have something in my mind before I want to start it.
If a gene of interest is known critical for embryonic development, is it
really important to bypass the embryonic stage and look at the phenotypes of
loss of function after the mice are fully developed? I think so, but it

I had spent the whole afternoon reading this paper. It is very interesting
and encouraging. However, one question puzzling me is that how confident we
can say non-BBRS covered area is not as important. My worry is that, if it
is necessary, we can combine sample to d whole-genome. But in that way, we
lose the individual variation/statistical analysis power. However, if we
can spent same money to do RRBS and not much question, we could do more
samples.
