I am wondering while UK or Canadian doctors can provide quality healthcare
to their patients, why US doctors cannot do so at the similar salary range?
The length of rigorous training should not be the reason. Some graduate
programs(like many PhD programs) have a much longer rigorous training
than MD programs, but their graduates often do not get payments proportional
to the amount of training. |

as far as I know, the only difference between you put money into IRA account
and you don't, is that you pay tax for those money RIGHT NOW or you pay IN
THE FUTURE.
But either way you still have to pay!
The only only benefit i can think of is that if your employer provides IRA
for you, then he should match your contribution like 3%-----that's the only

I'm wondering why inflation concern can cause bond to rise. Shouldn't it be
the opposite?
Also, back a few days ago, the market rises when inflation increase. Why now
it should work the other way around?
A similar thing is oil price. For a couple of weeks, oil price had been
negatively correlated to stock. Now the correlation is positive. All these
things are quite confusing. |

DOS之间的关系。
举个例子：
比如8，9月剩下13000名额，其中USCIS可以批准的demand只有10000，那它只能获得
10000，剩下3000归NVC(发放到海外大使馆）。如果NVC根据它的数据发现海外大使馆到
2009年1月1日总共才有3000个demand,那最后9月的排期就会到2009年1月1日，虽然美国
境内的AOS总共才有10000人而且不能批准最新递交的485，但是海外大使馆会用掉剩下
的名额，剩下的越多，排期前进的越多。等新的财年开始，就又根据AOS 485数量回调。
