of inward thoughts. Part of changing the people is to change the language;
I have no plans on how to go about doing that precisely so my argument has
an obvious hole. However, I stand firm on the belief and patterns/ meaning
in speech and language can be used to bring about change, either positive or
negative. Will it change everything? Surely not, but it is one of the

If I change the query to :

It will show:
OBJECT_NAME: thename
CREATED: 10/15/2002
And if I retrieve data from a user-defined table also based on the date, it is
fine. For example:
SELECT * FROM my_table WHERE enroll_date='10/15/2002';

'17-OCT-02'. You can use it without any format strings. I guess the CREATED
field in USER_OBJECTS is something like 'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS' , so you
wound get any hit by simply providing the date for your query. You might try
WHERE created > '15-OCT-2002'. See what would happen then. :)

I spent 5.5 to get a ph.d. and another 5 to do a postdoc. I tried 2 yrs,
and sent out ~200 applications to look for a faculty job, but didn't get it in
US. And what I am working on during postdoc brings me no chance to work in
industry.
Even if u got an AP position in US, u need work much harder than a postdoc
to survive. An AP position gave u an opportunity to do better science, but
not a leisure life.

条件反复重复。
1 当初选用pQE8也是没有办法，因为pQE9我们实验室没有（pQE8和9的区别就是8在酶切
位点之间只有一个碱基，而9要长得多）。最开始的时候没有意识如此近的酶切位点很
难切下来，最起码同时酶切不可能切下来。但是只尝试过一次顺序酶切不行就没有再尝
试用pQE8了，我不记得是先切BamH1还是Hind3，后面尝试插一段片段在2个酶切位点之
间再切。
Nice alternative, shall solve the problem in this case...but I would just do
blunt ligation, nowadays, the fast ligation kits from different companies
such as Roche, takara, don't really care about whether it is sticky or blunt
