cents.
1.You can get pre-approval from any loan agent or bank, which does not have
to be the one who did your loan at the final step. Without 20% down no one
will lend you money now.You don't have to check your credit score by
yourself. The loan agent will do it for you. Even you buy one by yourself
they will charge you and do it again anyway. Just save yourself $20.
2.Bank usually give you higher rate and closing cost. If |
