终于可以松了口气, 多少年不停在WILDERNESS的研究和组织经验上的积累, 我知道自己
可以拥有独到唯一的活动, 俩年前当地还有人公开嘲笑我,只能感叹"燕雀.....".
如今不是我变了, 而是更多的朋友理解从而支持我的理念, 不断创新, 不断挑战, 自力
更生,靠集体的力量...
终于到了今天我可以做, 成为中国人第一个独立的TEAM漂流大峡谷的梦了.....
BTW, 野水漂流在美国的商业收入是几十个亿, 原比GUDIE 野雪(BACKCOUNTRY SKIING), GUIDE野山(CLIMBING)商业收入高得多, 但漂流远远被ASIAN忽略了.WILDERNESS的水上部分是巨大的探索空间. |

西部大漂流成功之后, 我们在NJ(PA)的BASE发展很快, 十多人的阵容, 已能独立组织
III级的白水KAYAKING活动, 同时NY州的实力也已突破十人, 也能独立组织有挑战的III
级活动, 与麻州形成三足鼎立之势.
漂流非我们唯一的目标, 我们举办过或感兴趣的几类活动有
1) II- IV的白水漂流
2) 静水 Kayaking
3)Sea Kayaking
4)Winter Hiking (有雪的山)
5)野雪和越野滑雪
6)River Camping 和用CANOE(或漂流的船) Explore Wilderness
近一俩年的我们北美计划包括每年的西部漂流(包括UTAH, CA, COLORADO, WYOMING,
MOTANA, IDAHO, NEW MEXICO, OREGON), 俩年内的ALASKA可能的初次漂流, 从水路探索
广大的加拿大(包括MAINE和ADIRONDACK)的WILDERNESS.
同时很多会员有各种独特的户外运动经验, 我们也愿意给同学们牵线搭桥, 集体的力量
能让我们 站得更高,昂看得更远.

发帖数: 3975 | 4 夏天快进行了三分之一, 夏天周末连续第三年活动全部排满,今年有所不同, 09年主要
是推广活动, 主要是新朋友, 10年针对的是内部的朋友, 今年是针对漂流&WILDERNESS
的忠诚支持者(包括新人).
5年的努力, 换来了稳固的群众基础. 尽管我还是不满足, 我们拥有的漂流BASE估计是
全球华人最大的一个. 我们活动数量, 人数之多, 活动范围之广全部是领先地. 还有我
们'贪得无厌'的探险计划, 可以说未来十年我们有endless的目标.
NJ的漂流圈已成为海外第三个有规模水上运动的团体,核心人数和船数都超过我们08年
BOSTON的规模.
马上要去NE精彩的DEAD R,不是俩天而是连续俩周四天, 以满足核心三十多会员的需要.
这活动也成为本俱乐部成立以来最大的练兵和安全练习, 安全是漂流的头等大事.
包括我们回国>5名以上的主力, 将被邀请加入我们以后的年度西部和ALASKA(YUKON)系

发帖数: 1371 | 9 看具体的规定。如果做一个一般的估计的话，national park，state park之类地方往
往是不能随便camping的，需要在designed site，甚至backcountry camping都需要在
designed site。需要permit的话请打电话问，如果无需预定，也需要在visitor
centor、ranger station之类地方领。
在national forest，wilderness或者一般的public land（比如土管局的地盘）上
camping，往往不需要特别许可，遵从一般准则就行。当然还是要查查具体的规定，往
往还是有限制的，特别是很多wilderness。有些免费permit就在trailhead的匣子里，
自觉填写。

Weminuche Wilderness （part of San Juan Mt.area ）5夜6天，近50迈，上下各1万
英尺。既有满怀欣喜，静静欣赏的时刻；也有身心疲倦，默默承受的瞬间。每一刻真实

硬艇，在perkins岛烧野火， hao带领我们复习wilderness camping，zz 负责识别动植
物，我负责摄影和部分后勤。我们还有两位置，这次器材费免，但需要最新加入者，负
责重要的食物后勤。参加者必须有在较低温下水上运动经验，我可以准备新朋友的

Regional Wilderness，再到Sunol Regional Wilderness，一直到Mission Peak。可以

我已经预订了7月中飞Seattle的机票，打算7月20日至21日左右去登顶Mt.Rainier。NPS
要求最少2人组成队伍一起登山，因此想找（几）位驴友一起去登顶。
关于Mt.Rainier国家公园的基本介绍可见此网站：http://www.nps.gov/mora/index.htm
Mt.Rainier海拔4,392米，顶部为冰川。有比较艰险的道路登顶，但我打算选择最简单
，挑战性较低，走的人也最多的Disappointment Cleaver Route。

Aug 14th arrive at ANC 9pm pick up car. drive to Talkeetna to stay in Mt.
McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge (2.5hrs, booked $208.96).
Aug 15th Denali national park (2hrs), shuttle to wonder lake (11hrs), drive
back to Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge (2hrs).
Aug 16th drive to Talkeetna (1hr 20min) air taxi 8am-10am (7:30am at the
office $310). drive to valdez (7hrs), may visit MATANUSKA glacier park on
the way. stay in best western.

9/30 威斯康辛开车到Houghton，夜宿Houghton
高速公路还不错，进入密歇根境内以后山路比较多，很多转弯，记得要开大灯。快到
Houghton之前的路景色很美，司机注意不要太分散精力。
Houghton是一个不算太大的小城，所有的business几乎都集中在沃尔玛那块，旅行需要
如饮用水，创可贴等可以在那里买。饭店有Apple Bees， Perkins等，还有Arbys之类
的快餐。我们吃的一家中餐（Ming's Asian Bistro），觉得还不错。
10/1 Houghton - Copper Harbor
只有一条高速路 US41，两边的景色很不错，但那叫一个人烟稀少。建议在Houghton加
好油，再带点吃的，否则两侧全是树木，人类、住房和加油站都非常稀有。
建议大家在Keweenaw Information Center停一下，拿点资料，再像美女我一样，跟那

这次本来只是为了凑个AA白金的MR，最后发现可以挤出几天时间跷班，于是变成了一个
Mini Trip。
Day 1:
下午到Anchorage，看时间不多，只是在Downtown随便逛逛。去的前几天才知道Obama也
去了AK。路上看见警察很多，他住的Captain Hook边上的路都封了，刚想靠近酒店看看
，却过来一警察要我走马路对面，靠，还不给看。没想晚上回到酒店，居然看见Obama
的车队就从我酒店房间窗下呼啸开过，如果万一我手一抖，iPhone掉了下去，嘿嘿。。。
Day 2: 起了个大早坐Park Connection 的大巴去Denali。因为已经是9月，车上才10来
个人。刚出城不久，司机就找了个路边停了，要我们看Mt. Denali，说是没准一会天一

去看了。35mm胶片的质量并不比当年vhs放出来的效果更好，我倒是有些奇怪，颜色有
些旧。我看的时候就笑呀，开心呀，第一次看的时候没有注意的lesbian的暗示，那个
永远兜着圈的恐怖房子，丹倒是被吓着了，因为房子里面的人到最后那一次脸色变得很

拍照地点、野花和秋叶情况，也可以结伴去拍照。自从Calphoto关掉之后，每年的野花
和秋叶状况都不容易找到精确信息。如果感兴趣的人多，大家可以组织起来。湾区周围
有几个小公园春天很漂亮，今年厄尔尼诺，雨水勤，明年很可能是个野花大年。重贴几

发帖数: 12977 | 29 没记性，再度买了 Wellness Core。 结果两只猫一起拒绝吃，真绝食了。
唯一的好处是，我发现两个盆子里另一个有剩下的Science Diet, 我们家虎子吃了（以
前一直有其他的干粮）Science diet，拉稀的毛病居然立即好了。 虎子的确在shelter
长大，一直吃这个，后来强迫他吃高级的，结果一直腹泻。
怎么办呢？ 看来，只有把 Blue Wilderness 拿出来吃了。二十多刀的Wellness Core
只有放弃了。 不过，一旦有wilderness，虎子也吃，估计再次腹泻了。 |

这次本来只是为了凑个AA白金的MR，最后发现可以挤出几天时间跷班，于是变成了一个
Mini Trip。
Day 1:
下午到Anchorage，看时间不多，只是在Downtown随便逛逛。去的前几天才知道Obama也
去了AK。路上看见警察很多，他住的Captain Hook边上的路都封了，刚想靠近酒店看看
，却过来一警察要我走马路对面，靠，还不给看。没想晚上回到酒店，居然看见Obama
的车队就从我酒店房间窗下呼啸开过，如果万一我手一抖，iPhone掉了下去，嘿嘿。。。
Day 2: 起了个大早坐Park Connection 的大巴去Denali。因为已经是9月，车上才10来
个人。刚出城不久，司机就找了个路边停了，要我们看Mt. Denali，说是没准一会天一
