拍猫好像不要打开?
It makes sense to use mirror lockup when you have a somewhat controllable
subject, like a landscape or wildflower. But, when you need to take shots
quickly (like when you’re photographing wildlife or insects), then mirror
lockup doesn’t make much sense because it only adds more time to your shots.

San Diego聖地牙哥這個城市，在距離LA南方約二小時車程的位置，如果住南
一些，一個多小時就會到，所以是一個蠻方便去玩的地方，當天就可以來回沒問
題，一般想到這個城市，最有名的就是San Diego是美國Biotech生化科技產業
最集中的一個中心，在旅遊上Zoo動物園和Sea World海洋世界也極為著名，這
個城市本身也非常值得一遊。從LA過去，走5號往南，在途中還有一個Outlets，
剛好可以休息一下，就是Carlsbad Premium Outlets，在Palomar Airport Rd下往
北就會看到，隔壁是The Flower Fields，有荷蘭風車和美麗的花田，每年春季開
花時就會開放，Early March through early May。1887年落成的Neimans Restaurant
是維多利亞風格古建築，現改名為Ocean House是Carlsbad著名的懷舊餐館。

就像老铁说的，要把所有的fear factor都排除掉。经过今天一役，我觉得自己完成铁
三应该基本没有问题了。就看能不能赶在关门时间之前完成:p
周五下班后去健身房二十五米池游了两公里自由泳，没有计时间。
周六上午第一次骑了自行车比赛路线，二十二英里，连带休息，看风景，拍照，吃东西
，上厕所一共用时两小时。之前开车考察了一回，看到大部分路段都是上山下山，觉得
心理非常没有底，都做好了放弃五月份铁三报明年的最坏打算。现在看来，骑车还是三
项中最轻松的。（开水目前没游过一公里半，希望体验过后觉着比骑车更轻松）。上坡
还好，可以高档慢慢蹭，下坡有几处很急，因为怕交通事故，用刹车比较频繁，汽车就
在旁边飞过，觉得还是挺悬的。今天练习的时候还是穿的跑步鞋，不过下午就去买了自
锁的踏板和鞋，下回看看效果如何。

今年是罂粟花的大年，从3月份就几乎天天看desert wildflower的报告，终于等到这一周
昨天有好朋友去了，写了个详细的攻略，幸好有这个，不然会错过很多
按照朋友指示，我们去的时候走的是一条山间小路，中间有一个地方有很多紫色花和罂
粟花混在一起的山头，很漂亮。然后最壮观的罂粟花是在138E-170th W，在138的后段
和170th上面有几大片开的非常非常好，建议在此处多停留。 |

。美国人民真是卧虎藏龙。

发帖数: 911 | 41 今天开车考察了九月份orangemen 70.3的骑车赛段，前半程就是往山上骑，28英里的赛
段要爬升2300英尺，太恐怖了！上个月我参加的奥运距离三项，爬升只有900英尺，已
经把我累得够呛。
决定只报70.3的游泳部分，1.2英里ocean swim。Vineman 70.3，骑车赛段只要爬升400
英尺。就算以艰难著称的wildflower 70.3，爬升也只有900英尺。
明年三月份往南一个小时的地方有个Oceanside 70.3，考虑参加。当然最想参加的还是
明年7月份的Vineman 70.3，不过从南加开车过去要八个小时，有点远。

一个很小的农场，里面有些20年代的家具，农具等等。然后去了边上的hiking trail，
看到的动植物包括
Ebony Jewelwing，
某好看蜻蜓，翅膀是透明的，上面有蓝色大斑，
一个蓝色的豆娘，还没鉴定
Monarch，也就是皇蝶。看到了它们交配时雄蝴蝶吊着雌蝴蝶一起飞的好玩景象。
Black Swallowtail，比较常见吧
Giant swallowtail，美国最大的蝴蝶呵呵
小湖里有两只乌龟趴在石头上晒太阳。
这个湖里可能有水獭的，可惜没看到。
American bellflower，trail树荫底下都是这种花。
草原上也有很多花，太过于典型的prairie wildflower...没有认真看呵呵
