Ironman Muskoka 2015
去年的翠湖山庄开赛前WTC就宣布会在今年举办首届Ironman Muskoka，这比赛就在多伦
多以北两小时，可谓是天时地利人和，所以在第一时间报了今年的Muskoka半程和全程
铁人赛的套餐。
训练
今年还跟往年一样，冬季以跑步训练为主，辅以游泳，偶尔地下室踩踩trainer。今年
老三大些了，所以训练也执行得非常好，各项跑步距离从5K到全程马拉松都PR了，密市
马拉松（简称密码）还以2:49:41的成绩取得了全场第三名。
本来去年订的计划是跑5月中旬的Whitby马拉松的，后来为了陪朋友，就又才报了密码
。不过因为贪心，没有舍得放弃两周后的Whitby，虽然跑的慢了很多（3:08），但是还
是把腿给跑伤了(据说是baker’s cyst)，于是后来就停止了跑步训练。

有些音中文里实在没有, 那也罢了，
但是很轻的轻音, 什么"尔"啊, "德"啊，
都像对待皇上的圣旨, 生怕遗漏了, 一定要专门给安排一个字.
我第一次有体会, 是很多年前说起利特巴尔斯基,
说了这名字好几次,, 对方也不知道这就是他们国家队的现役左边锋.
最后终于听他本人怎么念那名字的 ... Um Gottes willen!
别笑香港人的"碧咸", 那绝对比标准普通话的"贝克汉姆"更接近原音得多。 |

furtwangler 因为政治问题吃了很大亏，现在又显学了。
《Triumph des Willens》的（女）导演因为政治因素，战后被压制，第三帝国本来就
没什么女性大师，政治正确的压制下。。
现在也显学了，不过这位前辈总算死了，后人怎么折腾暴露的终究是他们自己的政治立
场和弱点，而不是死去前辈的。 |
