with your attorney every few years or after you move (may have to pay attorney fee).
if your situation is not very complicated, DIY using Quicken Willmaker
software might be a much better choice.

Quicken WillMaker is one the best programs
generally speaking you don't have to hire a lawyer. you do need to sign your
will in front of at least two witnesses, and name a person you can trust in
your will as the executor to carry out the terms of your will.

2. 财产留在Will 里还是转到trust 里？
3。除了Will, 还要准备哪些文件？

屏幕上出现黑线或者干脆死机。寄回去修了两次都没有修好。刚才打电话
过去complain，被告知说他们不能reproduce问题，还说我不应该在T60上
跑3D游戏，因为ATI的显卡就是会飚到110C(原话是"u shouldn't run those
3D softwares because the video card is not capable to run these
games and willmakes your video card as hot as 110C")，还说除非显
卡彻底死掉，否则再送回去修也没用。我问他们怎么检查的，被告知是
run他们自己的检测软件，我说你们只要随便在windows下run一个3d的软
件就能重复问题，结果对方说他们的policy不允许那么做。

But that's all. Like coders using other languages, C++ coders spend most of
their time on meetings, bug fixes, reading other peoples' code, and debating
with Java guys why C++ is not bad :-) To me, C++ is on the right track by

到的多少写写吧，希望对大家有用。我知道的，不一定对，肯定也不完整，具体情况要
具体分析，我只说说大概的。有问题，问问律师也行，放狗也行，千万别以我说的为准

Estate planning：听起来蛮大的一个概念，其实结婚以后都应该考虑，尤其是有了小
孩。这里面有几点特别需要注意的：
1. Life Insurance：保险总是保万一的情况，一个人生活的时候，说白了生死无惧
。两个人就不太一样。有了小孩，就真的需要害怕了。你和你的ld，万一其中一个意外
翘翘了，最希望被照顾的，是你的小孩。怎么照顾？另一方很有可能经此大难很长时间
恢复不了元气，不能工作，如果希望他/她还有孩子的生活水平不受影响，就需要算一
下，至少在孩子长大成人之前这十几年，每年需要多少固定收入，从而算出来你需要多
少保险。要是两个人都翘翘了更麻烦，更需要钱来保证孩子的成长了。你说到时候肯定
是跟着国内的父母过？这个很不见得能成，接着看下面。
