Potomac ridge is built in the mid 80s' and Willows is probably mid to late
90s'.
Near by Piney Glen Village is newer, but more expansive and in Churchill
school. There are some good size townhouses priced around 700k. |

。如果买入价比较低，内部比较旧，没有什么UPGRADE，你可以试着砍一刀。还是那句
话，砍不下来，你又不会损失什么。
如果你不是硬撑，我现在倾向于POTOMAC WILLOWS。除了COMMUNITY有点挤，没有太大的
问题。
大坑（ROCKVILLE CRUSHED STONE QUARRY）边上的房子，受放炮的影响，RESALE会差一
些。但如果你准备住上十年以上，而且不CARE放炮，也可以考虑。好象大坑放炮采石还
有十年的LICENSE（去年，有人说今年会停炮，现在看起来应该是RUMOR）。十年后，那
里好象规划要建个人工湖。真要是这样，那坑边上的房子就有福了。 |

1 爆破声的频率和声音大小？（网上有说）会造成地基裂缝吗？
2 灰尘多吗？
我们去看过几次房，完全没有感到有噪音和灰尘的问题。不知道是碰巧了，还是最近的
环境已经改善？

恩，其实我也不认识，它的伊朗名字叫“Beed-o Baad", 读起来应该很好听，
象条正在吐泡泡的鱼。
故事很简单，小明同学打碎了班上的玻璃，需要在下午放学后到明天上午
上课前把玻璃装好。他有如下困难，他没钱买玻璃/就算有钱买玻璃也不知道
尺寸/就算知道了尺寸但是太大也搬不回去/就算能般回去他自己也不会装.../,
在刚来的转校生旺财同学的帮助下，小明同学开始了这次辛苦的装玻璃过程......
这是部很动人的电影，一贯的伊朗导演的平实简朴的叙事手法，没有音乐,
没有画外音, 没有蒙太奇, 没有任何的插叙倒叙, 也没有摇晃的镜头。甚至连
台词也很少。基本上以客观镜头为主的镜头，在大部份时间内，和观众一起
默默的注视着小明举着块硕大的玻璃，淌过齐胸深的河流，在风雨中挣扎的
情景，同时被结局的不确定性困绕着。 |

playground。
至于教室里，是上课的地方，是不允许奔跑的。
蒙校指的是MONTESSORI，willows的lead teacher就是MONTESSORI认证的老师，用的是
MONTESSORI的教学方法。Willows的各种玩具也是MONTESSORI的。
Willows每周三都请外面的老师给孩子们上音乐课。
Willows每天给孩子们喝的牛奶都是Organic的；其它的点心，水果，cracker之类也都
是尽量挑Organic的和natural的买。
也许您好奇为什么我知道的那么清楚。因为Willows就是我老婆开的，呵呵。既然您在
大作中提到Willows,忍不住浮上来冒个泡。
其实，给两岁大的孩子找daycare,最关键的看老师, 看老师有没有爱心和责任心，在教

Cut it down in the fall and paint on (do not spray) extra strength round up
to the exposed cut areas and bark down to the soil level. You may also need
to treat again as new growth appears till gone-

整个小区房子间隔较大，隐秘性较好也很安静。apartment在整个小区靠近中间的地方
，不用担心马路的车，比较安静交通又方便。
拎包入住，干净整洁。
交通：坐4B的citybus可以直接到purdue，大约5分钟；willow自己的shuttle也可直接
送到学校，除了正午和晚上不开，平时差不多1小时1班（早上高峰期会更密集）。
购物：坐4B可直达walmart，小区和walmart之间还有一条湖边的小路，15分钟步行即可
，据说是个自然保护区，风景确实优美，每周末去购物可以从小路过去。

，但是学区很烂，小孩都上私立的。
willow bend 7，80万的就很豪了，学区很好，环境很好。这样比下来，应该还是小布
什的preston hollow比willow bend强，但是preston hollow 不如university park应
该比较明显
