发帖数: 1980 | 1 昨天早上游泳2100米然后骑了个风和日丽的100迈，骑完后跑了3个迈，因为还在养shin
split所以没跑多。
完事后嚼着自己好像不够rhard core，骑车心跳几乎平均110，虽然有些差异，但是泥
马心率带说的还能错？！
于是当晚决定今天再骑一个100，反正不能跑步也只能多骑车了。。。
早上睡到9点半，发现一大阴天，北风呼呼叫，心中大喜，矮马我等着鬼天气好久啦！
搬出Rudy aero helmet ， LG wind tunnel tested tri top & shorts 牵着屁5就摸出
了门。真特末冷，为了看似hard core我就穿了个Arm warmer。
从我家骑6.5 mile 到达一跳通向海湾的trail。 我得在这上骑4个来回。通常我的感受
基本是这样的：
第一个lap, 矮油麻雅，赶脚这么好，要不今天骑5个lap? (从来没实现过）
第二个lap, 就骑4个多一个都不行
第三个lap,要不就3个吧？3个也不少了也有80迈了，也算是个long ride的啦
第四个lap, 泥马我基本上就一路骂人了，真特墨变态啊

Even Paddling under that wind is dangerous too, especially when you cross

被 boom 砸个正着，还好那时候用的帆小，不然肯定头破血流。不过自那以后，每次
落水一定记得把帆推开。算是给新手一个 tip。
我以前一直梦想去 Baja multi-day kayaking，现在感觉太自虐了。希望哪天能去那边
long-distance wind surfing。上次去那边一个 club 玩了一次，超级爽。蓝水白沙，
穿个短裤就上了，那才叫真正的 wind surfing。要是有本事走远点，有珊瑚有岛屿，
据说 sail 出去 200 mile 都不会 lose sight of the mainland...
要不啥时候圣诞节我们去那边搞个水上 party 吧，租个 beach house，冲浪猫教大家
冲浪，找人教教 wind surfing，再租几个 kayak 什么的，应该很好玩。 |

ll end up reach forward for the ball and mishit big time. Fly long or into
the net. Against wind they might be a tick late but they can still muscle

Cruise是第一天的下午4点出发，Orlando international airport离port
Canaveral一个小时车程，所以赶的airtran最早一班飞机，托运了一个大箱20刀，
nonstop的，10：30AM就到了Orlando。友情提示：托运有风险，万一人到了行李没到就
悲催了，建议早点到机场，nonstop的风险应该比较小；另：checked bag一定不能超重
（50 lb），这个管得非常严，这回已经第n次看到美国大叔大妈哼哧哼哧往外捡东西。
Airtran买的便宜票是不能选座位的，机场check in的时候运气不错，给的居然是有
extra leg room的好位置，让我这腿短的人觉得太浪费了。再赞一个Airtran，来回都
很准时，飞机旁边的小工程车上的广告很好玩：if I’m not next to you，that
means you are paying higher fares。还没下飞机就赶紧把羽绒服打包装箱了，还好

exam. The passing rate for April 2011 SE exam is 27%: http://www.ncees.org/Exams/SE_exam.php.

I am still confused with the difference between "coupling" and "
electronically connected". For the case I mentioned, I paralleled the two
single windings in the transformer as the primary side. Now the current goes
through these two paralleled windings. Are these two windings "coupled" or
electronically connected?
Why is the coupled windings' inductance kept same? |
