)的原因，变成“圣诞午餐”。做的都是常用的书里比较简单的西餐菜式，放在一起看

开胃菜：Baked Brie with Honeyed Raspberries
材料：
1 块轮状Brie Cheese，250g左右。冷藏变硬后，把上面的白色的外皮切掉。Brie的白
色外皮在加热时是不会融化的，这样就相当于做了一个盛了奶酪的小碗。
1/4 cup蜂蜜
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1盒raspberry(6盎司)
适量rosemary做装饰
做法：
1 烤箱预热350F度，把Brie放在小盘中，入烤箱加热3-5分钟。我在盘子下面垫上隔热

如果是约了吃晚饭，男生最好点些wine. 当然如果女生喝wine的话。
如果是在餐馆吃，就得点店里的了。男生可以根据自己的经济能力酌情offer, 女生凭
自己的爱好来点就是了。如果实在没主意，可以点house wine. 如果不好喝，可以换的。
如果男生拜访女生想带酒，white wine我会推荐Santa Margherrita Pinot Grigio（意
大利产的）；
红酒我推荐首选法国Bordeaux 县产的Haut-Medco 或 Haut Cloquet Pomerol, 其次是
加州产的红酒，加州的红酒10刀以上的就很decent了。当然这些你都可以在餐馆里点如
果店里有的话，但可能会比在外面买的贵。譬如我推荐的那个意大利产的white wine,
在liquor store买可能20来刀，在餐馆里点一瓶要四十来刀。 |

San Diego聖地牙哥這個城市，在距離LA南方約二小時車程的位置，如果住南
一些，一個多小時就會到，所以是一個蠻方便去玩的地方，當天就可以來回沒問
題，一般想到這個城市，最有名的就是San Diego是美國Biotech生化科技產業
最集中的一個中心，在旅遊上Zoo動物園和Sea World海洋世界也極為著名，這

剛好可以休息一下，就是Carlsbad Premium Outlets，在Palomar Airport Rd下往
北就會看到，隔壁是The Flower Fields，有荷蘭風車和美麗的花田，每年春季開

something a bottle (can't remember the exact winery or brand).
Another interesting tidbit about the movie Sideways (2004) is, after the
movie release, the sales of Merlot wines, one of most popular red wines,
dropped, but pinot noir increased. :-)

（六）给LG的 mini wet bar
before －
楼梯有个锐角转弯，那个小角落什么都不做也挺好，可房子原来在这里设计了一个
mini wet bar，小也罢了（只有15寸深），弄得不好看也不实用，sink 大了还是横着摆的，柜子被前房主当杂物柜用了十年。
构想 －
想过全拆掉，contractor 也建议把水龙头封掉不要。可是地上的 granite 是围着这个
bar 铺设的pattern，而且一直通到大门，是房子里唯一保留没有拆掉的一块地面，用
的是 black galaxy 和一种点缀的小红砖。如果改了wet bar，地面也需要重整，很烦。
况且，LG倒不介意有个小小的bar，而且既然是 bar，就应该保留 sink。
所以决定倚着原有尺寸，再做一个好看一些的 wet bar。实用就不太奢望了，因为我一
直觉得大多数家里的 wet bar 都没多少实用价值。
