in a 55F and 60-80% humid dark environment.
So I do not recommend age cheap bottle, since it will cost you around 3
dollar/year per bottle to age it...Also 90% of the wines are not build to
age..so you will be more likely to be disappointed after 20 years..
I can give you some more specific suggestion,if you tell what year and style
you prefer...I like to age wines from vintages that are important to me..

个人感觉意大利的口味更好一点，比较柔和，喝过很多种，不过都是野牛饮水，喝过就

最简单的办法就是去找个名声不错的wine store，$50以上的一般都不会难喝，如果个
人有偏好，问问店老板让他推荐下就可以。100-150那就是非常好的了。

than other types of wines, but other people might not. It is also very
expensive, although not quite as expensive as some Burgundy.
I'm not sure what you meant by saying "波尔多sauvignon" as Bordeaux red
wine is, to my knowledge, never solely made out of Cabernet Sauvignon
but rather, most of the times, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot,
and Cabernet Franc, although a lot of Bordeaux from Pomerol don't have
Cabernet Sauvign |

all.
For casual drinker, there are good Bordeaux in box, such as the "2005
Bordeaux Bag in the Box". It comes in a 3L box and is selling for about
$30. I suggest you try that. It's made entirely of Merlot, so should be
good for starter.
If you are not a hard-core wine drinker, then as long as you store the
opened wine properly (tight stopper, in refrigerator), 1 week should be
fine. Enjoy! |
