I wouldn't drink hard liquor when I'm training for a race, but wine and
beer are not a problem. In fact, there are marathons that offer wine or beer
at water stops! You can also find beer in the finishing area of some races.

wine/beer，听起来有点不可思议啊。本来马拉松跑起来就是需要补充大量水分和养分
的，结果反而提供有脱水作用的饮料（虽然低酒精度会轻柔很多），这是什么道理？（
既然他们提供，那就说明没有问题了，谁也不会拿生命开玩笑）

余则成正在瞎想，突然听到一阵铃响，抬头一看，只见屋梁上挂着的一串铃铛，正在急
促地响个不停。余则成猛然想起，橙子早先交代过，这是老板娘在召唤。细听这铃声，
却正是给我一杯忘情水的调子，于是不敢怠慢，冲近厨房，抓起一壶酒，冲上楼去。
楼上的客房都是黑着的，却只有小辣椒的窗口里透出灯光。余则成走近大门，正要敲门
，却发现透过灯光，窗户纸上有两个人影。一个自然是小辣椒无疑，另一个，看身形，
却是酸酸。余则成迟疑了一下，放慢了脚步。

reinstall it next time when I upgrade to a new ubuntu release (fresh install
ubuntu). Is it possible to migrate the current installed Wine programs into

而whites一般又可以分成crisp whites；aromatic whites；full，opulent whites；
crisp whites是口味最轻的white wine，最常见的是法国的chablis，意大利的pinot
grigio；西班牙的viura。crisp whites喝的时候最好搭配的食物smoked，spicy，
light fish and shellfish，pizza和pasta。
aromatic whites的代表有法国的sancerre； 法国的alsace riesling，法国的Bellet
，西班牙的Rueda，德国的Riesling。最好搭配的食物是fish或是grill fish。
full， opulent whites，是口味最重的white，有法国的Cote de Beaune,意大利的
tufo等等。可以搭配鱼和带cheese的食物。

though it was a 05.
2 days ago, curiosity got the better part of me and I just had to open it.
Other excuse? I had a Costco ribeye steak ready to grill..
Popped, immediately pour most of it to my 2 12oz jars (fill to top) for
later consumption, and fill half glass. Leave the rest in the bottle. I
pumped the air out with a wine vacuum.
Initially, only some cherry nose was revealed. And there were some heat from
the alcohol |

者饭后甜点配Riesling。红酒要加热到华氏55度喝才好，而白葡萄酒要冰镇。好点的西
餐馆，尤其法餐馆，都有wine pairing，厨师选择最合适的酒来配每一道菜。不象中餐
，基本上都乱喝酒，一个白的配所有的菜。着说明西方饮食比中餐高大上精致多了。中
餐自以为很了不起而已。小将平常能吃到的中餐那更是惨不忍睹，糊口而已，靠味精/
鸡精，辣椒，花椒，等几种味道很强的调料来掩盖食材质量差甚至不新鲜，味道远远不
够sophisticated，所以根本谈不上档次，no class, 符合小将的品味。 |
