从维基百科这个词条的解释来看，wiretapping可以泛指一切技术手段对电话和互联网
通信的监控（monitoring）。但我认为Trump指控的就是指对他的电话进行了窃听。如
今的技术手段用来窃听电话肯定不需要爬到电线杆上在电话线上夹个钳子接个话筒支起
耳朵听了，而是可以通过监控电话交换机或服务器的数据就能做到了。
左逼们spin说“monitoring不是tapping”是立不住脚的。所以奥巴马的辩解是“不是
我（亲自或下令）干的”，但他要想干点脏活使个眼色就有人鞍前马后跑了。 |
