发帖数: 89 | 1 大家好，本人在美国一三流高校做了几年薄厚，由于某些原因在11年的时候海龟了，在
魔都找了一个化工小外企，家族企业。进去的时候给的title是研发工程师，年薪200k
左右。本来这个研发部也是在11年的时候成立的，和我同时进来的是几个硕士。他们做
的主要是技术服务的活，而我是干基础研发的活。刚开始做的时候我还是做的比较卖力
的，活都做的还不错。但是渐渐的发现我基本上被边缘化了，可有可无，类似于一个花
瓶。同时来的几个硕士，有一个美国回来的硕士比较受器重，做了研发部的经理，其他
几个硕士这段时间都跳槽了。这种情况下，我也似乎不得不跳槽，因此狂投简历。有意
向的主要是一个法国一高校薄厚，上海大众研发科学家，以及其它几个烂offer。前面
两个都还没给offer。
上周领导和我说要给我涨工资，然后一个劲的说我工作有多重要多重要，然后又说他现
在任务主要集中在技术服务上，由于国内经济形势不好么。。然后问我有什么想法，周
一的时候列个wish list给他。
我现在由于还没有拿到合适的offer，所以现在还不能狂提要求，我该怎么写wish list

Wish list上排第一的应该是suh。suh是自由市场上不多的可以提升防守一个档次的球
员，虽然丫很凶残。查了一下suh的数据，出勤率极高，非常durable。Suh既可以提高
run defense（我扣的最大弱点），也可以提高inside pass rush。老在我扣头上拉屎
