死活不同意办H-1B, 等了10个月没有结果，实在等不下去了，准备要reject offer了，
她老板才不得不答应办H-1B，于是把J-1 的申请给withdraw了，转而申请H-1B。几个月
后收到USCIS确认J-1成功withdrawal的notice。现在我们马上要递交485了，请问有必
要把这段经历的相关文件附上吗？ 我感觉好像没有必要，但是不确定。谢谢指教！ |

deny，说withdraw有风险，uscis可能给弄错。。。 但是又不太想被deny，万一以后要
交eb1a呢。。

好像是说NSC审485的时候不能有其他pending的140？这个需要withdraw吗？
我想485撑过180天再说，毕竟是eb1b，而且485好像也没那么快吧，等审到我的时候说
不定NIW已经批了，要是过几个月NIW已经批了是不是就不用管了，还是pending才需要

既然二进宫，而且硬件确实很一般，为什么一定要pp？众所周知pp难度大一点

我看到USCIS 的描述是这样的，
A statement indicating that the Form I-140 petitioner wishes to withdraw the
petition;
The Form I-140 petition receipt number;
The name, address and phone number of the petitioner;
The name of the beneficiary;
The beneficiary’s A-Number, if known; and
The petitioner's signature or the Form G-28 representative’s signature.

系. 反正PERM有六个月的有效期, 如果没有及时FILE I-140, PERM 就过期了. 所以原
来的公司不用WITHDRAW了吧.
当然我也没有回答你的问题, 我不知道能不能WITHDRAW A CERTIFIED PERM. |

since it's not likely to get both I140 and 485 approved by June 1st.
I need to decide if I want to resubmit I140 PP or withdraw tomorrow. What do

我又查了一下，你们说的是对的
的确有个新的条例，是从2017年1月27日开始生效，即便是原雇主WITHDRAW I140，
USCIS也不会REVOKE你已经APPROVED申请，并且PRIORITY DATA可以保留；前提是新雇主
要帮你FILE 新的绿卡申请，并且工作性质要类似，并且在原先申请的过程中不能有欺
诈行为
我们单位有个同事就是2017年3月走的，就是这种情况；所以我想他肯定是确认了原雇
主无法WITHDRAW他的I140才走的

are from. They need to protect their assets (even though these are not
really their assets in any way) just in case they are in too much trouble
and can not operate anymore. Why would they give your money back if they
feel they are going broke with the penalty and fines? Where you are from
does not matter. On the other hand, if non-us player can withdraw, us
player will be able to get their money sooner or later in the end.

怎么办好。。。继续等？
如果要withdraw，也不知道是否当天就可以拿？可怜我也不在加州，还要订机票宾馆，
还不知道应该定多久。。。网上完全没有withdraw的官方步骤，依稀记得版上有人说过
也可以authorize当地的朋友拿，但也有人说不可以。。。

half dose的两周还好，彻底停后第一天就有反应，这几天越来越糟。和医生的appt.是
下周。
医生倒若无其事，认为应该没问题，我没料到反应如此强烈，吓一跳。今天自己查了查
，好象说day 4-7最糟，倒稍微放心点了。
