如果假设我之后找到了警察愿意作证，或是找到了目击者作证，这时候，可以找保险公
司要求重新判定责任是么？"
If you do find the witness, you certainly can try to contact their insurer
first. They will talk to the witness then let you know if they agree to pay
your damage or not. Be prepared though, that sometimes the witness statement
doesn't clearly indicate who's fault it is, then eventually you have to
bring this up to the arbitrary agency.

先过，等她过去之后，我回头看我车后面想继续倒车，对面的车已经倒出来和我的车很
近了，我滴他的同时，他的车上就撞上我的车了，这个过程我的车一直没有动。
这个行人是witness。警察的报告，没有明显指出是他撞了我。只是说我先出来等行人
，另一车再倒车，最后一句话是：both cars collided.causing damage。
对方的保险公司抓住这一句话，说我也有责任，只报80%，他们也和witness谈了，不知
道具体witness说了什莫。但是他们就只给80%，其实一开始只给70%，我argue一阵，说
只给80%。
我的保险公司也和witness谈了，说根据witness的证词我没错。他们和对方保险公司谈
，对方说80%市final offer，不再谈了。我不甘心，我不知道我还需要给对方的保险公
司打电话，或者找那个客服或者是他的manager吗？有用吗？

下了车我就去找witness，因为我是左拐，怕人家诬陷我闯红灯。
找到witness在我和witness说话的时候对方跑了。。。
witness还帮忙我追来着，我的车不能开了，撞的比较严重。
后来我发现对方车牌掉在现场了，就打电话让witness别追了，
然后打电话叫警察，弄了个case number。
然后就一直等到上周都没有消息，车子就停在我自己的drive way上头没有认管。
因为我自己买的是单保，车子不太值钱，7000吧。
关键如果我用uninsured motorist保险的话那我自己的保险公司必须要找到对方owner
证明人家没有保险！(加州的NC规定)
insurance说在等police report。
我今天去了堂警察局，等了半天给investigator留了言，人家打电话来跟我说
给这个license number的registered owner寄了 封信，但是被退回了，说查无此人。
。。
然后就没有下文了。
这也太敷衍了吧。下次我撞别人是不是跑了就行了，然后警察局来信就说查无此人？ |

witness,到底witness怎么说的。
这件事至少说明对方律师比你请的更有经验。police report对对方不利，都有律师愿
意接手，打个反击战。 而你的律师在现在不利于你的情况下，就想撒手不管了。这个
对比，双方律师高下立刻可见。
对方律师肯定走的是这个过程：不受police report的结论影响，律师请客户付费，找
了个private investigator,重新独立做车祸调查。对witness的提问，都比较有技巧性
，把witness绕一绕弄晕，然后witness就觉得自己当时搞错了，是你闯红灯了（假设确
实是对方闯红灯）。

度都在35或40左右）。police 来了，report上说是对方闯红灯，并且report上还有一
个witness， 说这个witness说是对方的错。
对方找了个lawyer， 所以我们也找了一个lawyer。原以为这个案子肯定会
赢的，因为police report 说是对方的错。但今天收到我的lawyer的来信，说那个
witness改口说是我的错了， 说是我闯的红灯，所以我的lawyer不接我的case了。
现在我该怎么办呀？再找一个新的lawyer？witness 事后改口会被采纳吗？为什么
police report 都不起作用呀？
这个发生在去年9月，怎么我的lawyer 到现在才告诉我这个witness改口了呀？ |

无知的罪
