Commercial业务多的 (WLP/CI/AET)，ER不是很好。AET相对来说比较好，member比较年
轻，花钱少,而且在扩展Medicare业务。CI 刚买了HS (Medciare为主），整合好后前景
会好些。 五大UNH/WLP/CI/AET/HUM估计会接着收购Medicare的小公司。 |

3.3-4.2GHz）、n78频带（3.3-3.8GHz）、n79频带（4.4-5.0GHz）三款滤波器芯片，并
将于11月21日在北京举行的“2019世界5G大会”上正式发布。这是国内厂商首颗正式发
布的进入5G具有代表性的Sub-6GHz频段的滤波器芯片。

3D transistor (semiconductor) --> Moore's law
3D packaging (TSV, FO-WLP,......) --> More than Moore
Both are vying to be the future for IC, from different level of architect.
The high-k gate and 3D transistor advantages make Intel 1-2 nodes ahead of
competitions in logics. But as of cost, might be high, as many more steps
are needed for this 22nm HVM ?? |

响，但是medical spending ratio 降低因为经济不景气胡乱看病的人少了。政府业务(
Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare)多的(UNH/HUM/HS/WCG),baby boomer的加入和08的医改都
是利好。最近会有pullback，然后来pre-ER run。 |

agreed to acquire the managed-care company in a $4.46 billion cash deal to
expand its presence in the Medicaid space.
That also helped other Medicaid insurers’ stocks push higher. Centene Corp.
CNC +19.60% was up 21%; WellCare Health Plans Inc. WCG +18.83% rose 19%
and Molina Healthcare Inc. MOH +16.86% jumped 15%.
