刚从法庭回来，是关于超速罚款的事情。其实金额也不大，就200刀出头。主要是那个
警察冤枉我了，超速的是另外一辆车。我想上法庭和法官讲讲，真是判我输了，就交钱
了。而且这张罚单是去年4月开的，那警察都申请了很多次延期，按规定双方只能个有
一次申请延期的机会。反正这是我第四次请假去法庭了。就是想开开眼，看看美国司法
是什么样的。
到法庭后左右看看，就是找不到那个给我开罚单的警察，心里想他不会又不来吧。开始
庭讯后，竟然来了一个不是给我开罚单的一个警察，并且他发誓是他给我开的罚单。我
向法官两次提出质疑。开罚单的和现在在庭上作证的不是同一个人。那个警察对法官说
，他去年掉了很多头发，体重降了45磅，所以外貌不太一样了。笑话，给我开罚单的是
一个20多岁的年轻人，高高帅帅的，一头密密的棕色头发。这位是个40多岁秃顶警察，
就剩几根黄色发红的毛，外貌完全不一样，就不是一个人。妈的，光天化日下说谎。其

其实，即使对于经常关注韩流的韩粉来讲，韩国女团同样是一个比较纷乱的领域，只要一个多月停止更新信息，就会完成跟不上女团的发展脚步。据不完全统计，仅2014年，韩国流行音乐产业，就向市场推出了25组女团新人组，再加上那些经过市场洗礼而一直活跃在一线的女团，一年下来就是差不多近一百支女团同时比拼。就算现在的韩国流行音乐，已经在日本和中国都已经有了比较稳定的市场，甚至还局部打向欧美地区，但对于一个地区的音乐产业来讲，这样的数量同样也是惊人的。
说起韩国女团，最早可以追溯到1996年的B.B、1997年的Baby Vox，1998年的Fink.L，1999年的T.T.M.A和Cleo，2000年的Chakra，2001年的Jewerly等等曾经红火的组合。但和同时期的“神话”、“东方神起”、H.O.T相比，早期的韩国女团似乎一直发展周期都比较短，也并非公司主战的方向。

房租和日常开
销的压力太大，不敢轻举妄动。今年上半年辞了工退了房之后回国小住了几个月，本想
着秋季要去东
非。回美国后才发现功课来不及做，许多东西必须很早预定，于是就犯个懒去近些的地

的点数到今年底就过期了, 3万点有些鸡肋，跑次国际比如飞去上海是肯定不够的，用

清华同学平时看着是很淳朴， 只不过是把嫉妒心掩藏更深罢了。
讲一件真事， 大二的时候， 班上要综合评估排名次， 这个名次很重要， 前几名是能
拿奖学金的。 综合评估的一项是全班同学互相匿名评道德水平， 后来偶尔知道， 最
后一名是班上一位学习成绩非常优秀， 性格天真单纯的一位女生。
我当时知道结果后真是惊呆了， 班上不乏打架斗殴的男生， 还有其他品行不端的人，
但是大部分人不约而同的给了这个女生最低的道德分数， 不外乎一， 这个女生成绩
好， 是前几名有力的竞争者， 二， 该女生性格温和， 即使被黑估计也不会遭到报复。
老实讲， 自这件事后， 对同班同学很失望， 对清华也有些失望。

东方之星从遇险到倾覆只有2分钟的时间，就像一位幸存者说，他就是把倒了的杯

。东方之星瞬间倾覆倒扣在江面上，很多人压根无法逃出船体，就算水性再好也只能等
待死亡，就好比被倒扣的杯子闷住的小鸟，有翅膀它也飞不出去，另外东方之星逝者除
了闷死淹死的之外，肯定还有一部分是被倒下的船内物件比如柜子、床等砸死的，属于
瞬间死亡。

中国名山是世界顶级，壮美秀丽各种风格

美国落基山已经解体风化，没有气势，从阿拉斯加到阿巴拉契亚，实在没有一个拿得出手

二说大湖
美国5大湖气势够了，但是不美，我沿着5大湖转过一圈，实在很平淡，加拿大一边丘陵
多一点，但是还是不吸引人。没有旅游价值

中国是喀斯特地貌发育最完全桂林阳朔，贵州兴义。
