但这个国家就是体制天灭，因为 contractor 的行业私心。。。一个例子就是让
contractor 给换车库门弹簧，contractor 只会换十年寿命的，也就是最短寿命的那种
。。。要上三十年寿命的弹簧，contractor 就 mark up price 非常多，几乎可以相当
于收 100% 的手续费。。。说白了就是巴不得弹簧十年坏掉，这样有饭吃。。。而一般
大众又不懂。。。当然这还是有国家行规的前提下，否则大部分 contractor 巴不得给
你换三年寿命的弹簧。
确实是体制天灭，不过换啥国家都差不多。。。唯一的一次例外，是当年的日本车用汽
车寿命灭掉了美国三大汽车。。。后来美国汽车也只好延寿。。。否则我们现在汽车也
得五年一换，不换就路上死机。 |

，不久弹簧就断了，非常准。

整个房子是去2013年九月份重新翻新的，新地毯新厨房，超大Walk-in Closet，非常干
净清洁。附近就是小学，走路去Trade Joe's 三分钟，非常适合家庭。小区的管理服务
非常好，下雪天每天大早上就有人负责铲雪清路。我的体会是这是Ann Arbor城内性价
比最高的公寓了。
交通非常方便，我家门口就是公车站，14路去UM医学院和中校区，另外五分钟路到4路
车站。
