无论是lenti还是retro，LTR都既是promoter又是enhancer，比较一下lenti和retro的
LTR差别还是非常大的。
其实我们试过，lenti的包装系统可以包装retro的，而retro的也能包装lenti的表达载
体，只是效率非常非常的低，没有实际的可操作的意义，还不如直接用pcDNA3.1感染呢。

呵呵，谢谢夸奖。不过这照片不是我拍的，是网上找到的。第三张就是澳洲负鼠。我家
的负鼠一般都是晚上出来的。我也是搬到现在的住处，才知道负鼠。第一次看见负鼠，
我告诉我房东后院老鼠巨大无比，然后领他去看，他告诉我那是负鼠。仔细看是和老鼠
还是有区别的，他的耳朵很光滑，没有毛的。然后看网上，发现澳洲负鼠比北美负鼠漂
亮。呵呵，你图片里的那个负鼠是很漂亮，但有点像小熊。
没见过gopher, 刚看图片，以为是土拨鼠， 但是网上找了，两个不一样：
