一片的，都是Mansion，深院豪宅。而且那里去城里也不方便啊。和这比，感觉即便是
Millburn,Summit附近住的也是高级打工的,北Bergen都是old money或者不用上班的资
本家吧。 |

以下。
ridgewood房子太破太老，地税太高，学区也没那么好了， 但door to door可能控制在
一个小时。
mahwah, ramsey, upper saddle river, allendale, river edge, wyckoff, montvale
, park ridge, woodcliff lake等等， 很多town房子还新。
其实， ramsey, allendale, ridgewook地税较高。

看学区和环境，够第一纵队的就有tenafly, ridgewood, ramsey, allendale,
crestkill, saddle river,
demerast(?), Apline, englewood cliff, woodcliff lake, upper saddle river,
franklin lake, wyckoff, glen rock...
多了，这些区的高中都是十分。 |

。 比如basking ridge, ridgewood， 西温莎都是J. Tenafly（亚裔多）, Livingston
（环境一般）都是I.
第一纵队25个， 我们经常讨论的有Allendale(Northern Highlands), basking ridge(
Bernards), Chatham, Cranbury, Glen Rock, Mendham, Millburn, Monggomery,
Mountain Lakes, Ridgewood, Saddle，River, Upper Saddle River, Woodcliff Lake
, West Windsor.
Bergen county 7个， Morris county 6个。 Bergen county的7个全部集中在一块，
就在bergen north铁路沿线。

定额度的relocation报销。但是心里没有什么底，有几个问题向请教各位：
1. 公司说会介绍real agent信息，帮助买房，但是不知道可不可行，我们可能会先住
一段时间旅馆，然后看房子，或者租房子。如果买房子的话，不知道哪个区会比较好，
听说差别很大，不知道500k以内能买到什么样的房子？希望能有一个社区比较完善的，
生活方便的地方。
2. 搬家公司可不可以先搬走，然后等我们到了确定了地址再送到？或者需要找一个零
时的storage存储现在的家什？
3. 关于车，搬来了新泽西多久时间之内需要注册？我们刚刚在这边renew完，一辆车到
14年2月，另一辆到14年4月，有没有可能到明年的时候再在新泽西注册？另外，换州注
册的花费大概是多少？听说新泽西车险很贵，有多贵？
4. 还有什么需要注意的事情？比如换驾照，报税之类的？

Montvale的学区好。周围其他的town apartments很少。 Mahwah condo很多，出租的也
很多，但是学区一般。
你买房子什么价位？现在的行情大概是400K起价。Montvale, woodcliff lake, Park
ridge, Hillsdale, upper saddle river
allendale,wyckoff, ridgewood学区都很好. Old tappan，River vale, Closter，
creskill学区也很好，但是最近爆料高中有毒品问题。 |

正在打官司因为经费分摊的比例.
但高中, PARK RIDGE 在长, RAMSY, MONT 在降.

我的建议是montvale, upper saddle river, mahwah, ramsey都不错。
Park Ridge, woodcliff lake，river vale太白了。
往东南，韩国人多。 |

区，里面不少中国人有小孩冲着学区去的。他们对小学校很满意，也有GT program。他
们觉得Montvale还是比较适合工薪阶层，Upper Saddle River和Saddle River都太豪了
。Woodcliff Lake和Montvale一个学区，你也可以看看。 |

。都在学校周围。
我知道周围住中国人的人不多。就我认识的看，大概不会接受外人住。
学校北面就是一堆APT。 |
