楼梯咋办？
1，不换。（省事）
2， 将原有的松木楼梯板用砂纸打新，刷漆。（省事，但不一定好看，松木没木纹，而
且软）
3，加硬木楼梯板在原有的松木楼梯板上。（现在最普遍的方法）
4， 拆掉原有的松木楼梯板，换硬木楼梯板。（太专业，太麻烦。很少有人这么干）
比较上面，大多数contractor 选2 或3.
选2是因为省事，做的不好没关系，说是因为你原楼梯 板不好。你为省钱。
选3费时而且需要一定技术，尤其是刷漆。刷漆看似简单，但技术含量高，尤其是stain
， 特别是在 oak上stain。要想刷匀需要技术，也就是说需要多练习。（以后单说wood
finishing）
好，下面说方法3. 一看图你就知道很简单。方法3又有B,C,D.

（3）wood轻很多。所以如果blinds很大的话，faux wood容易不堪重负底板被压坏，另

Therefore, the trajectory with 5 wood is lower than the trajectory with 3
iron. Besides that, 5 wood shaft is longer than 3 iron shaft and so, in
normal condition, there is no way the ball can be hit farther by 3 iron than
by 5 wood.
I hit 20 yards more with 5 wood than with 3 iron.

处。
虽然iron跟wood的swing plane不一样。但是人的core swing动作基本一样。
我们低手往往想着直接把球杆砸向球。导致了swing的不应该有的区别。
还有我们业余球手的身体状况不uniform。好久不打，身体很僵硬。
不过普通人真的天然swing wood跟iron有区别。我的一个球友就是天然的iron swing，

加），所以省心了不少，现在最大的问题就是地板要不要换。
房子一层是厨房/客厅/一个卧室（非主卧）/2.75 bath
Builder自带的是厨房/浴室/进门处 - Tile
客厅/卧室 - 地毯
目前想法是：
第一：不想客厅用地毯（不好打扫）
第二：希望全部用一个材质，这样看着风格比较统一，也显得空间大一些。（厨房和客
厅就是一个完整的长方形）
用Builder做比较贵，如果把地毯换成Tile（不包括卧室的100尺）要$2200左右；
找了华人Contractor来quote，建议反正面积不大，全部用laminate wood, 加上卧室的
100尺，也只要$2300左右（包括了把原来的tile和地毯remove的价钱）
去Lowes看了一下laminate wood的价格和安装费用，估计用lowes在$2800-3000。
我就在网上搜有没有人用laminate wood 在厨房，搜到的两边的意见都有。大家觉得呢
？实际中有人这么做吗？会有很大隐患吗？laminate wood防水性能怎样？

before i bought my fairway woods, i was told that fairway woods is easier to
hit compare to driver.
but laterly, i watch some clips, some pro all said they kinda like driver
better. example: fred couple, tim clark, and john daly
my own case is that i feel driver is more consistent than fairway woods. and
if there is time i can either hit a driver or a fairway woods, i would
definitely go with driver.

but it did take long time for me to get used to the fariway woods.
for TOUR players, they use the fariway woods for more accuracy tee shot.
their 3-woods goes about 260 yards, in the meantime, which is big advantage
for those 7000-yard course.
driver or woods, now it depends on my strategy and options. for those more
than 380-yard par4, I definitely use driver 'coz my 2nd shot is so much
easier to birdie chance; for those par4 between 330 to 380 yards, I use 3 |

hits ball further than woods . ( i don't know how it happens, but it happens

the reason I don't hit hybrid is that I want to keep consistent regarding my
club selections. I've been using cobra offset woods for 1 1/2 year, and
really like them. So i select the 7-wood to replace my 3 iron which I think
it's a good decision. (i am still debating the selection, but I'll keep as
it is for a while.)

flat rate for his caddie work annually. Say $500,000, I believe, probably a
lot more than that figure during the years Woods made 5 or 6 millions or
