发帖数: 822 | 10 第一次接触无字书是那本我们小时候看过的动画片＜雪孩子＞，The Snowman。三岁的
儿子可以自己讲出整个故事，根据他的心情偷工减料或者添油加醋。老大是个语言落后
娃，无字书成了让他最愿意多说话的工具，可以给小朋友讲，给爸爸妈妈讲，没有什么
对错，他的读图能力比大人要强，经常会发现大人没有注意的细节（当然，多半小朋友
都有这个优点）。
后来又发掘了不少无字书，POLO系列是我喜欢的。还有基本无字的比如尿布大卫的那个
系列。孩子很容易从画面引起共鸣，从而做到＂独立阅读＂。一般孩子愿意给我讲无字
的书开始，我就声称＂宝宝可以自己读书了＂，多借多买无字书，可以让宝宝很容易的
建立一个每天１５－３０分钟左右的独立阅读时间，当然一开始还是要妈妈陪。
本来想自己总结一下，刚刚在网上找到了这个资源，比我看过的多多了，就不自己费力
气了。

骑驴找马中，前2天刚收到一个offer,比现在的工资涨了25K. 但是因为还需要
backgroud check的其他手续，估价最后定下来还要一个月左右。所以我也没准备跟我
现在的老板说。
我现在的老板今天约我明天吃饭，说要talk career growth and team leadership/
training。我在现在的公司已经4年半了，他除了每年给我大概涨4，5K的工资外，工资
涨幅在组里算稍高的，没有其他的bonus 和promotion组里其他人也没有。老板对我不
算太好，也不算太坏。 我虽然倾向于换工作，但是对现在的工作毕竟还是有点留恋。
不知道明天跟他提换工作的事情是不是明智？ |

第一家是Full time employee, 拿W2,140K/y,有401k,PTO，health insurance等，工作
比较轻松稳定。
第二家是contractor,拿1099，85/h，没benefit,工作主要是一个人做,会比较累，开始
是以一年为期，但是一年后有可能继续做下去。
我第一次接到contractor 的offer,想听听大家的意见，谢谢。 |
