I would like it to be compatible with Window XP, with good coverage of words
and phrases, and with standard pronunciation.
I did a google search. It shows everest, wordweb, etc. I wonder someone who
used it before can comment on it.
What's about some traditional dictionaries: oxford, m-w, etc. on CD-ROM?
Thanks in advance. |

For non-medical words, I would like recommend Audio dictionary-wordweb
american english. now it only cost 2 bucks, you can get audio files stored
locally. Buy it, you will not regret.
BTW, I just found if you buy Taber's medical dictionary, you can get 1 year
free subscription of mobile service. I just ordered one for my itouch. It
give you pronunciation for medical terms, the down side is you still need
internet connection |

日本的local call还是按分钟收费的,Peng.
