持一致，大的孩子一方面会通过＂闹＂来找安全感，另一方面会钻大人的空子。
在朋友家玩不肯回家的问题你应该更强硬一些。去以前说好几点就几点，到时候耍赖就
强行抱走罚少玩一次。我女儿和我朋友的孩子们原来也有这个问题。我发现大人越不坚
定越管不好。我邻居的孩子比我女儿小快两岁，刚上K，但是每次过来玩都是说回去就
回去从来不耍赖。我发现她妈妈在＂温柔的坚持＂方面做得确实好，就是严肃但不严厉
地告诉孩子她该回家做什么了。孩子知道耍赖没用，合作才有下次。这个年龄的孩子还
是需要知道家长的权威的。所以如果事先说好了留在邻居家吃饭就吃饭。没有说好就必
须回家吃饭。你可以先和邻居沟通一下说你在做规矩让他们别客气也别搀和。
至于老人＂哄＂孩子的问题，一方面要非常平和地和老人沟通（也得准备好面对沟通不
良的后果），一方面如果孩子听话老人也就不需要＂哄＂了。最近一个阶段不如你多花
点时间给老大，增加她的安全感，平时多鼓励多表扬，同时也严格纪律。平时不知道你
和你LG谁唱红脸白脸，总之要有一个人建立权威让孩子觉得既可以依靠又必须信服。

先介绍背景，我是OPT STEM 今年六月到期，今年终于抽中H1B，并且已经批下来拿到手
上了。八月份的时候参加了一场面试，没有特别认真准备，但是因为技术背景符合也就
拿到了offer。工资也没有给得太高，现在的公司团队很好，薪酬一般。。。新公司和
现在公司是完全不一样的领域，可以理解成workday 和 微软 这样，是截然不同的领域
，非但不是竞争对手，还可能还有合作关系。。我当然是没有和任何人说，H1B今年十
月份才生效，我在公司负责的模块其实很复杂，全公司只有我一个人和我老板做，而且
３０％的代码都被我（加班加点）重构了，还加了上千个单元测试。。。工作复杂，代
码很恶心没人愿意接盘做，但对于公司来说是特别赚钱的模块，我的工作表现还可以，
