. work from home。 这里的home， 如果和LCA上的工作地址在一个metro， 没关系。
不在一个metro， 要小心。我这里谈的 WFH， 即是指很远距离的。
I-485的G325a表上有地址和工作历史， 还是分开的两部分。 很迷惑人。 IO 经常是对
照看。 常常给的RFE就是： 请解释你住在XXX州， 却在YYY州工作。

方的staff company，让我作为contractor远程工作。结果现在给我办H1B transfer的
律师说，H1B不能远程工作，因为填worksite的时候不能填家里地址，也不能填公司地
址，必须填一个我住的城市的一个工作地址。于是就卡壳在这里了。但是我在网上搜了
一下，又看到有人说H1B可以远程工作，填公司地址就好。所以想问问，有没有人有类
似经验的，能分享一下么？十万火急，有大包子谢！ |

是很顺畅的：没有工资拖欠，按时email附上payroll文件，但是关于H1B的事情一直不
顺畅，昨天收到自己fail的消息后就尽可能的收集了很多信息，现在整理如下，希望大
家帮忙分析下。
agent的情况
1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，
都不是商业用地 （不靠谱）
2. 用agent名字去linkedin上搜索了下，跟agent有业务的公司非常有限，就几个公司
，像我这样的合同工多半都在那几个公司。
3. 去myvisajobs查了下，这个agent基本上没有给别人办理H1b的经验，这也解释了为
什么llinkedin上查到的他们经手的合同工基本上都是老美的原因
4. 查到了agent的老板在linkedin上的名字和跟我联系时的名字不是一个名字，但是是
同一个姓（可怕啊），然后他说他经常要出差，我很怀疑他是在回避跟我见面，但是在
linkedin上查到他现在本职工作是一家公司的technical sales， 这是不是一个需要经

其实只要I797就足够出入境了，其他边检不查
你换工作只要提供I797和你最近的paycheck就可以了，其他都是不需要的。
不过律师应该给你LCA和I129的copy，或者整个申请材料的copy，你可以看看上面的信
息对不对。
如果你是Contract，最重要的就是看看你worksite的地址和你I129 LCA是否一直，以前
查的不严，现在移民局查的严了，如果不一致，要求HR律师file H1B amendment改地址
到你现在的工作地址。
有些小ICC更本不管这个，最后自己倒霉 |

no, this is way too complicated. i'm sure youtube has it but since its so
simple and effective, built with 2 piece of scrapes, one over the other, top
one serve as fence, bottom one as cut line guide. i used it before i had
the worksite table saw. most of time you don't even need clamp, just step on
it. |

有提到f-2,和j-2,和h-4. 不知道你拿这个来否定我，有什么意义。
