Freeway Workzone Camera
Approximate location of the mobile workzone speed camera at the I-95 ICC
interchange. Location is published as "between MD 198 and MD 212", since
this is a mobile camera it can be anywhere in that range. Speed limit is
65mph so this is a FREEWAY SPEED CAMERA. Ticket threshold is 12mph over the

地点是在纽约北边的Sprain Brook Parkway.
限速55，车速 76，我的车是Virgina的。
奇怪的是workzone的限速一般是45，这个workzone居然跟正常highway的限速一样，是
55，有没大神帮忙解释一下？
罚单上没有写任何惩罚措施。
请问大神，有没有必要请律师，work zone加倍罚的话，是不是要扣掉 2 * 6 points。
因为从纽约州的法律上看到21-30 miles，正常情况下是扣掉 6 points，扣这么多会
不会直接把license suspended了呀？
这个罚单拿的真他妈的冤，我在开车的时候，前面的一个truck上掉下来一个类似树枝
什么的物体，砸到我的windshield上了（现在还有scratches）。然后我就加速超过了
这个truck，当时正好还有个下坡，车速可能加的有点高，就被警察逮个正着。法官会
不会考虑这种特殊的situation啊？

is it the same State? Town? County? what damage could be done to your
driving record?
make sure you know everything before resolving a ticket.
it is very possible that you will get a plea bargain. in other words, you
pay money, no points.

晚上回去看看是不是I95S是55。
最左面的车速度估计在75左右，我开67-70，在workzone |

速变为45，我没注意到，看到第二个45的牌子后马上减速，结果还是被警察拦下，给了
张ticket，写的超速，而且没有保险，要上庭，其实保险是刚买的所以没来得及放到车
里，警察开完ticket才跟我说手机里的电子版也可以。过些天后按照ticket上的号码打
电话，两个小时都打不通，每次都说你大约要等一分钟，结果等两个小时都没戏，艹!
在网上找了另外一个号码打，还是这样，而且每次打都让我输case number，这是个神
马玩意？我的ticket上只有个 complaint number，全部是数字
警察以前跟我说可以上traffic school免掉罚单，那应该在上庭前还是上庭后去
traffic school呢？罚单上有个上庭的时间2/24，我是必须在这个时候上庭还是在2/24
之前安排上庭都可以？本来想打个电话问问的，结果打了两个小时换了几个号码都打不
通，就问问大家了，有经验的说说？谢谢了 我在AZ |

7年的第一张ticket，写的是65在55 limit的地方。就是想问问，是直接交钱上课（不
记点），还是plea not guilty，然后去上庭，大家觉得dismiss的可能........ |

有关部门把罚单寄到avis了, 然后avis有个专门处理ticket的部门, 发了另一封信件给
我, 今天收到了, $40是罚款(workzone网上是$80, 估计初犯半价), $30是avis处理费.
罚单说不计点不入驾驶记录, 所以我还是老老实实交钱算了, 免得以后有麻烦事... |

都说VA抓SPEEDING厉害
和MD比简直小巫见大巫了
40刀，你要不满意上庭，上庭费超过40
