indoor unit to the main unit outside, having too many or too long of pipes
outside makes the house look ugly. Connecting them inside would worsen the
damage.
Having multiple units also helps when it breaks. INstead of taking out all 4
units, I would have only 1 or 2 to fix.
Except for space saving, the cost of having multiple units vs one single
giant unit is actually the same. |

People/fresh grad need a place to stay anyway, if not buying, then renting.
I think the rental markets are very crowded now, that is prob why you start

straightforward. Since the leak is only noticeable after rain, it gotta be
that gutter downspout. I can even bet one dollar that the rain discharge
already wash off some soil under that deck and created a puddle there, which
only traps more water and worsen the leaking.
If you can crawl under the deck, add a few more feet of extension to the
downspout. Make sure no rain water collecting under the deck. |

definitive answer for the problem, but it bares some risk (although actually
is a very small risk if the procedure is done at a major institution in US)

if it's interstitial pneumonitis, the choice is hard: the treatment is to
discontinue the targeted agent and chemo drugs, and use corticosteroids or
immunosuppressant, but they may worsen the tumor.
(standard chemo drugs can also cause interstitial pneumonitis, but not as
unpredictable as targeted agents in this aspect)
if it's not, then you should look for the cause of large amount of secretion
and difficulty in breathing. |

1, avoid aggravating activities, such as carrying baby or too much house

FYI, 医生make a diagnosis based on history, physical exam, and may need
appropriate labs. 你电话里告诉医生的基本上只能算history那一部分，在俺们的（
subjective,objective,assessment,plan里只能算subjective那部分）。所以听起来有
点严重的为了保险起见都被俺打发到ER去了。

其实也没啥好说的，今天没有再做血检，血液科的医生说，目前为止认为是infection
引起的，因为她身上没有任何rash，没有其他症状，能吃能睡能拉，精神也蛮好，也没
有再发烧，含氧量和心跳一直都是正常的。指标一下子不会回去，一般要5天左右，所
以约了下周一的clinic，再验一次。隔几天验一次，验到好为止。如果持续的low，那
就是别的问题了。
我没看到具体的单子，但是我问过医生，她说现在中性粒细胞大概在总白细胞的10%左
右。正常的话是50%-70%。其他的指标医生也没有提，我也姑且认为是没有问题。
据他说，这个情况跟mmr和flu shot都没有任何关系。所以还没给娃打mmr的姐妹也不用
特别担心吧。
