自由基其实就是带有不成对的电子的原子/分子/离子。
这些产生原因和氧化有关系。
可能是环境污染，辐射，过度训练，饮食等等。
自由基攻击身体组织细胞，所以现在好多人认为自由基是好多疾病还有衰老的原因
包括癌症。
当然人本身也有保护机制。包括可以产生一些抗氧化的东西。
即使这样。饮食也很关键。
包括一些微量元素(铜锌硒etc)
当然还有维生素E C 还有beta 胡萝卜 等。
跑步呢？是好是不好？
一般认为适当训练是好的。毕竟产生自由基也提升身体清除自由基的能力。
(这就是一种锻炼。我理解和提升免疫类似)
当然。跑过量 是不好的。产生太多自由基。还是破坏的。

two routes for mavni - HCP (Doctors and nurses) and Linguist. If you are an
RN, you may want to take the former one. As a HCP you can go to the army
reserve, however as far as I know, they don't have any slots left available
