benchwarmer)，当然还有 ice hockey, wrestling, swimming, tennis等等，给我感觉
所有的ATH管的还是很严的，每个学期我们要写两个报告，如果报告上写上缺课之类的
报告的话，运动员首先会被suspend，然后很有可能会被踢掉（我有一个学生非主流运
动，就是不来上课，应该是被踢掉了）当然football的话基本上就进了JT的doghouse。
还有就是写报告完全看lecturer/TA，像我们international student很多不原意惹事可
能就不会写差评，但是一点写上了些问题特别是态度上的问题，球员肯定会被叫去谈话
的。我打过交道的运动员里面，最吊的是几个ice hockey的。当然你要说一个football
球队里面105号人，谁都遵守纪律的不太可能。肯定会有人逃课之类的，总体感觉还是
可以的。 |

不咋地，还不如本版很多弟兄，这不是笑话。搞大学体育到没啥错，不过我美大学骚客
校队的教练水平也都很烂，18-22岁，正好是需要培养的阶段，给了这帮人，好苗子也
练废了。
骚客作为一个项目的影响力差，是文化问题，到不仅仅是钱的问题。美国男孩高中以后
，如果能有别的项目，一般都不会去踢球,因为文化眼里面football, baseball,
basketball，hockey哪怕尼玛有些地方wrestling， Lacrosse啥的都比骚客cool. 尼玛
高中骚客赛季都是和football一起，美国很多高中football都是卖票的。哪怕是在场边
站着，上不了场，也比骚客场上招眼球。近10几年有变化，骚客地位有所提高，但是还
是没法跟其他的竞争。 |

发帖数: 18174 | 41 对自由泳来说，练腰最好练，只要下功夫。练腰完全是力气活。以斜拉、转体为主陆地
练习，很快就见效。练wrestling学游泳，手脚未必行，但是腰一定没问题。
经典的疑问是：能不能在水里练腰。从小不偏科，IM抓的紧，没问题。但是一旦已经严
重偏科，比如蛙泳100米游70秒之内，自由泳比蛙泳只快一点点（甚至还有自由泳比蛙
泳略慢的，偏科偏到令人发指），一定要辅助陆地练习。只练蛙蝶的人可能觉得腰没问
题，但是游自由泳需要的扭力往往不够；长年累月的偏科，宽肩细腰，自仰有可能游不
过有将军肚的。 |

source of the problem.
Here's a few suggestions:
Warm up thoroughly before you play everytime.
Find a coach to fine tune your swing forms.
Grip the racket more loosely.
Body build the upper body and arms to be stronger.
Going from a light 110 racket to a heavy 90 is a huge change. You may have
been arm-wrestling the racket instead of swinging it properly to get the
