我现有的一些问题其实是历史问题。也就是我刚学golf的时候的一些潜意识的反应,所
以造成了如今的一些问题。
比如刚学golf的时候,说屁股上杆的时候不要向右平移,所以这也就是造成了我不敢把
重心往右移的心理。所以不知不觉的就重心往左了。那时看的一个drill是在右腿外侧
放一根杆,上杆的时候那根杆不能倒。我现在那个杆倒是不倒了,其实是。。。
还有就是ixcafe说的wrist cock不够早。这个也是有历史原因的。因为刚开始的时候,
教练说你不要过早的lift arms,应该是杆头应该先平着往右。因为太早lift arms,会
hit thin. 所以这就是我逐渐养成wrist cock晚的原因。

其实THING跟FAT的根源是一样的,STEEP SWING PLANE.我今年在一个LOCAL的GOLF SHOW
上听HANEY也是这么说的.另外,WRIST IMPACT POSITION也是很重要,如果你没有足够的
LAG的话,你就很难MAKE CONSISTENT CONTACT,不是THIN就是FAT.很多业余球友都是在
BOTTOM FLIP,导致THIN或是FAT. 你可以看看我的这个VIDEO,在这个VIDEO中我就FLIP
WRIST,导致LAG大部分都丢掉了, 虽然这个SOLID,但一直这么打的话很难CONSISTENT.

另外你的教练恐怕在教你STACK N TILT,这种SWING的中心一直在左脚.相对比较容易
TIMING,因为不需要先SHIFT BACK在SHIFT回FRONT FOOT.但SHIFT的好处是可以增加
SWING WIDTH,对于STEEP PLNE比较而言有好处,另外可以略微增加POWER.但坏处是需要
TIMING.我发现教练的话有时是错的,但有时他

you already fixed flipping? last time your swing video look very nice.
here are some i tried to correct flipping,
one big sign of "flip" and "no lag" is back of left wrist break during
impact.... so if consciously firm up left wrist at impact, and rehearse
timing 后发力, keep hands ahead of ball at impact.... that would help....
also left hands leading, don't let right hand over power the left hand...
there are ruler tied to left hand back drills (no very effective to me),
impact bag drills....

heard of light grip pressure and know Fred Couples grips his clubs very
lightly while swinging. It doesn't work out with me. As for curing a slice,
I usually have a slightly strong left-hand grip, presetting the club face
close at stance, and I don't intentionally cock my wrists or let my wrist
angle change in the backswing. And I don't intentionally rotate up my left
palm at or after impact.

his swing has very good leverage on wrist and hip.
several things i notice from his swing:
left arm fully extended from takeaway to 90 degree past impact,
right arm fully extend from impact to 145 degree past impact.
therefore hands are pulled far from his shoulder when
1) top of back swing
2) right arm 145 degree past impact
this is a REFLECTION of wrist leverage, wide SWING arc and classic release

as you can see my right elbow is not extended as much as tiger in latter
part of down swing. it often
1) leads to club head hit ground before making contact with ball. does not
help with the feeling of sweep ball off ground
2) shorten the swing arc and loss of power

the direct reason is club head open at impact on a out-to-in path, but hard to fix. it is CANCER CANCER CANCER.
tried 转腕要更明显 before. but rotate wrist is very hard to time. i think
wrist rotation is naturally done during swing, not that something you do it on purpose.
Driver and fairway wood are different from short-mid iron:
1) shaft longer than iron
2) at impact, driver and fairway wood shaft are almost aligned with your

我最近的SWING 的路线准度不是能BREAK 100, 30+ YARD 以上的HOOK/slice 是
不能用在COURSE 上。
有几个DRILL 我觉得有帮助
1)慢速SWING & HALF SWING, 体会SWING PLANE & PATH , 感觉你的手和球竿象
是在一个导轨上移动,同时可以体会和TV 上PRO SWING 的异同, RELEASE 的时候LEFT
WRIST 不要BREAK, also feel where is the deliver position, where to hinge &
unhinge your wrist。
2)BIG/FULL SHOULDER TURN, 这个ET 强调过, 但是怎么知道你有没有做好
SHOULDER TURN? BUBBA WATSON'S TIP --- KISS THE SHOULDER 挺好用的
3) 找到你最舒服发力的节奏, 保持BACK SWING 产生的扭矩, 跟重心转移配合好,
deliver的时候让扭矩释放.

练动作的时候一段时间只能focus 一个 swing tip. 等一个tip 较为固话了再 work
on 下一个 tip.
有时候一些tip 也不一定起作用。
其实不容易用文字描述, 主要还是个人的感觉.
这一次我的感觉主要是不紧不慢 ,one piece take away, impact 时候open hip,
fully release with bowed left wrist & slightly bend right wrist, from inside
to out swing path. 节奏上调动人体的stretch reflex.

Use hip rotation for maximum club speed.
If you use hands or wrists for the swing and impact, you may find temporary
increase of distance, but there never will be consistency in your swing.
Slice, hook or even shank will be order of the day.
The hands and wrists should be kept in a passive manner through the swing. A
local PGA instructor should be able to help you analyze the swing and
points out the things that need to be addressed.

我前一段时间,一直都有pull the ball left的问题,不是hook,每场球至少一次,多
了六七次。这样的球,有距离,很直,一般都是钻到树里边,下一杆很难打。因为这种
球,练习的时候,基本没有,也没办法调整。现在看来可能是为了开球更远,右手腕过
分给力。我一般击球时的release是不明显的,比较信奉“Good wrist action is no
wrist action.”我得根据你讲的,再感觉我的Release Action.

I have been practicing in drive ranges for over a month, so far pretty
consistent. Balls fly straight far. I will do green after I practice a
little more.
I feel my tennis skills helps a lot for the swing. It is so similar as far
as shoulder-turn, unit-turn, ground-up, keep -upper-body-still and follow-though,etc. I can't play vigorous tennis anymore as I hurt my wrist during tennis play, but the same fun. Video recording helps a lot too.

chipping is similar to putting: mainly rely on the shoulder rotation. no
weight shift, no wrist or arm action.
pitching is a mini version swing: 1/4 or half swing. should have the same
weight shift and wrist cocking move.

line以后基本不用考虑wrist turn, 只要保证swing path inside out 就行了。看来

a very early wrist hinge before body turn. It is not a problem, but this
kind of takeaway introduce lots of hand-wrist action,make the takeaway jerky

Take a video of your swing, check a few things:
Your swing sequence, especially your down swing. (thigh--> hip -->waist -->
Chest --> Shoulder --> Arm --> Wrist).
Check your right elbow position during your downswing, especially before you
hit the ball. Try to hold the right elbow close to your body and keep the "
L" hold longer.
Check your wrist hinge angle during your downswing.

你和我一样,当我想打big draw的时候,我会特别的在back swing靠里一些,relax the
wrist to get a full release, 这样好像更容易打出draw来.同样如果要fade, 我会在
back swing靠外一些.然后感觉cut acroos the ball, hold the wrist to not too
much release.

所有的慢动作都是 1/8 速,用 windows movie maker 做的。
抱歉我不会配背景音乐。
今天下午抽空去了一趟 driving range, (加州天气好吧)。目的是体会 lag 和 改掉
reverse pivot。结果发现这两者很有关系。我因为做不好 wrist cocking, 所以总是
转肩过多形成 reverse pivot, lag 也就不够了。
当时在 range 上已经发现这个问题,但如果我刻意 cock wrist, 就会造成整个手臂失
去张力,swing 就完全失控了。不知道大伙对这个问题有没有心得。
有进步的一点是我发现如果下杆用右脚蹬地发力开始,然后右边 hip 前顶,的确可以
帮助右臂的延展。这是上次我与 birdie2009 讨论后一直没有能够验证的。
video 里面用的是 7i 和 driver. 今天 7i carry 大概在 143码左右,driver 200 码
carry.

fade is not good. the so-called fade from amateur is most likely slice.
the problem with fade is lack of the distance, and if we consistently hit
fade, most likely, we don't know how to use wrist. Wrist is a bigger or
maybe bigggest part in terms of shaping your shots.

什么型号的beretta?9mm的92fs?不应该是对limp wrist很敏感的枪。俺特意试过limp
wristing 92fs,左手托着枪托,
右手基本只用来保证枪不会掉地上,右臂完全放松,扣扳机后让枪口自由上跳。即使在
这种情况下也没有出现过卡壳。

传说9mm的 Glock Gen4 (G17)之所以会出这类问题的原因是G17用了给G22设计的复进簧
组(设计师偷工减料),9mm上用太紧的弹簧导致对limp wrist特别敏感,G22对limp
wrist的容忍度应该和Gen3没有太大区别。

哈哈,我主要觉得吧,让我真的和人对射的时候,肯定手脚发麻发软,或者如果已经被
打中了肯定更软,还有很多时候没有办法标准姿势射击,用Glock估计卡得厉害的不行
,不太敢相信一把limp wrist就容易卡壳的枪。
Glock其他方面都很理想,就不知道为啥对limp wrist这么敏感,也不知道有没有DIY的
办法能够改善一下。

手腕有点酸痛是不是腕子顶的太紧了?大家都说半自动手枪射击要顶腕/锁腕不要limp
wrist,但实际上就是故意limp wrist要卡壳也不是很容易。其实我觉得手腕不需要锁
死而且可以相对放松,后坐是先向后再向上,枪握好了,虎口顶住握把上部,手,手腕
,上臂的位置可以自动提供一定的锁定,不需要屏住手腕,后坐一段时间后手腕提供支
点使枪口上扬。有点像经典Luger铰链式闭锁开锁那样,呵呵。
再去试试XD/XDm和Glock 21SF(握把小些的那个型号)?不行只能是1911啦,百年庆买很
顺理成章嘛。

你手枪的握姿好像有点问题,对后座的控制不太好,会不会枪卡壳是Limp Wrist的问题?
有的枪设计对Limp Wrist很不forgiven. 实在很难想象天朝连制式9mm都做不好。。。

Glock 9mm Gen 4 有著名的“Brass in Face”问题, 我也遇到了。
这 Glock 我一月份买的全新,前两天才到手。第一次打了 100 发,2/3 的 brass 直
接掉脑门上,还卡了两次壳 (stove pipe). RSA/Ejector 都是最新版。都准备给
Glock 打电话了,一个朋友怀疑是不是 Limp Wristing. 仔细看看 youtube 关于 limp
wrist 的问题,今天又去打了。
想找个人录像,就带着 in-law 老头子去 range. 我们一起打了 150 发,注意手腕力
量,没有卡壳,而且每个弹匣只有 1-2 发 brass 掉脑门上。老头子也打了 70-80 发
,我在边上仔细看 eject pattern, 居然每一发都完美 eject, 颗颗向右打在隔离板上
,真邪门了。难道要要练练手腕力量?

enough, i.e., limb-wrist. Next time you practice, make sure your arms and

what a badly officiated game. Too bad. Cliff Harris clearly intercepted that
ball (one elbow down) and the Auburn running back in that late 4th qtr play
(one wrist down, which counts as down; play over) should've made it 4th and
5 with the game tied (not counting that BS score Auburn got after the Cliff
Harris INT that wasn't called correctly). At the very least, Oregon should'
ve gone to overtime. Everything called fairly, Oregon should've won by 4 (or

选5mm或者6mm cord, 长度8-10ft (根据你自己的身高决定)

一共打三个loop:
1. Belay Loop, 用来做carabiner-iceaxe belay,打一个bowline with yosemite
finish knot, loop的长度要比你的boots 宽度宽2寸左右。

harness loop是clip到harness上的loop。
2和3实际上是相关的,首先打一个大的loop,和1用一样的knot。loop的长度要保证打

forehand
isn't much like that, esp for penholders, we need to use wrists/fingers a
lot
more than in tennis.

上周跑完LA之后,休息两天之后就没什么疲倦的感觉了,于是决定按照原计划作
OAKLAND
MARATHON的4小时10分PACER,PACE的要求是 9:32/MILE。考虑到这次比赛COURSE的特
殊性,
前半程一个打坡,后面平地,组委会还特地制作了根据地形分配的SPLIT WRIST BAND.
早晨起床有些晚,比赛7点半开始,我6点才睁开眼。一路狂奔过去,停下车,7:15,
刚刚好。遗憾
的是起跑的时候没有碰到大家。由于是首次举办比赛 跑全马的人不多,似乎只有不到
2000。
比赛开始,一路上严格按照wrist band上面要求的pace跑,因为跑的比较慢,有机会注
意自己的跑
姿,和上下坡所运用的技术,受益匪浅。一路平淡,不时地给一起跑的runner鼓劲和介
绍前面的路
线运用怎样的跑法。没有hit the wall,没有赛前担心的抽筋。
值得一提的是这次比赛的组织很成功,虽然是第一届 从起点终点,到志愿者和观众,
都十分专业,非

周六,体重直升8磅,基本上把三个月来减掉的都补上了.然后是周日比赛.
里成绩,不是英里;对,没错是纯爷们组.惭愧呀.

wrist band上要求的9:50.跑supported run的时候知道从这里到山顶是最tough的.感觉
体力一点点的消耗.有人慢下来,开始走,也有个别从后边超上来的,勇气真牛啊(Relay的
除外).
心率降下来,造成体力轻松的假象,加上路边cheerleaders热情的鼓噪,开始跟两个小伙
子/一个小姑娘交替领跑,9:05的p

I didn't wear gloves last year. but I just got a pair from costco last week.
So I plan to wear them.
I like arm warmers. when it gets warm, I simply pull them down to the wrist
as a wrist-band.
Another benefits with arm warmers, you don't have to bring tissues for
wiping off sweat and/or running noses. :p

最近各大体育用品商店狂打折阿,需要装备的xdjm赶快下手。我的boot就是昨天在
一家local ski shop买的,断码了,最后一双。。goggle和wrist guard在sports
authority买的。
另外evogear.com上也有很多便宜的东西,前面已经有人推荐过了。
还有snowsportdeals.com有很多二手的装备。至于local ski shop可以在google上搜。

个人体会:
雪杖是鸡肋,没有不行,有了不知如何正确使用。
俺用雪杖干如下事体:
1.点杖,使雪靴与雪橇分离。
2.摔倒前,空中乱划,力求保持平衡
3.去钩掉在沟里的雪橇或另一个雪杖
4.cross country时的动力
5.遇见大牛们敬礼
6.碰到大熊们当sword使
7.camp fire时串烤鹿肉吃。
8.转弯时,“点点”地,so I look cool.

Day 3 (theme: counteraction)
During the video analysis on day 2, Jay said both Andrei and I lacked
counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think
it also makes release much easier.) When skis point to one direction, we
counter that move by rotating our upper bodies to the other direction.

量了一下我的Armspan是53 inch from wrist to wrist.
根据这个link里面的公式 stroke per 25yd= 12x(L-P)/A

Terry Laughlin的臂展57inch(身高6尺), 蹬墙5yd, 他的理想stroke
是 12x(75-15)/57 = 12.6 个stroke
他的实际stroke per 25yd是11到15个之间, 巡航速度下是13个stroke..
我蹬墙估计登不了5yd, 算3yd吧, 就是12x(75-9)/53=14.9 个stroke..
估算着我的理想stroke应该是15个, per 25yd的池子, 巡航速度下...
