日直 是我当时读master隔壁寝室的，我看他打球那么激情我才重拾球拍的。这家伙身
体素质超一流，移动能力无敌，打球巨暴力，凭他的侧身能力，1800绝对是低估了。但
是他可能也有些过于追求暴力，动作有些过大，发球接发球上不够突出，也会输给一些
发球好和控制好的人，所以2000有点危险。就算1900吧
黑衣中直 他比日直稍微强一点，没有明显弱点，2000多一点点吧？
横板 这个是我埋的陷阱。你别看他那身材那么胖，视频里他和比他弱很多的人搓球都
会小碎步调整重心，哪个胖的气宗会在措球时候那样调整脚步的？就此可以看出他是练
过的。那板反手弹发力极其集中，无人能接，是他的杀手锏。此人在交大四年都是公认
第一高手（专业校队不算），打过10年+专业（虽然可能限制于身材，打法有些怪，很
wristy），是湖南省高中组（含专业的）第一。日直从他手里打十局基本就是0:10那样
的差距。保守估计2300，如果2400+也很正常
白衣中直 搓个球动作就能看出很多问题了，800分吧

It's mostly your forms that caused wrist discomfort. Probably your forehand
is too wristy. If you switch to a lighter racquet without changing your form,
you would risk injuring your wrist more seriously. |

看看以下这段说明,尤其第二段就详细讲解了wrist的用法.如果你是"If the back of

inconsistent."那你就是属于以啃泥地为首的手腕派,而不是真正的手腕派...

there's more than one way to hit a ball with power and consistency. That
said, the wristy swing is trendy for both forehand and backhand these days
for generating more spin. |
