发帖数: 7142 | 1 刚刚把这个配好，找了个很老的 USB flash drive。
根据这个步骤，使用推荐的 /overlay 覆盖而不是 / 覆盖。

步骤其实很简单，文档里大多数的篇幅都是这 / 覆盖的古老
不推荐的方式，可以忽略。
基本上，只要 opkg install block-mount kmod-usb-storage kmod-fs-ext4
然后改 /etc/config/mount 里面的 mount point 和 enable 就好了。
为什么这样做呢，有几个特别大的好处。
1）flash 的空间几乎就无限制了。
2）减少对路由器本身的 flash 的损耗。路由器自己的flash
是很弱的 I2C flash。 是设计给 firmware update，
不是设计给经常写的，只有大概几千次的写寿命。
我怀疑我的老 WRT54GS 就是 flash 给写多了，损耗坏了。
我不是很确定是不是每次启动都会写 flash。
我相信其他 DDWRT 之类的 firmware 也可能... 阅读全帖 |

鉴于楼主的要求 要求开迅雷等P2P软件, PPLive而浏览网页不影响，
而对路由器要求其实挺高的，而并不需要花哨的802.11n 不建议把钱花在这功能上。
因此强烈建议以下两款公认的超级稳定的，有了它基本上就可以扔在墙角忘记
自己有路由器这个东西了,基本上几个月甚至几年不用管了，而不像TPlink,Dlink等时不时因为网络堵塞而要重启路由，苦不堪言，
仅供参考：
Linksys WRT54GL 很好很稳定 (Ram 16M, Flash memory 4M), $50左右
Linksys WRT54G-TM 最强的54M router (Ram 32M ,Flash memory 8M) $70左右
不要贪便宜买 Linksys WRT54G 因为从ver 5.0开始缩水, Flash memory 只有2M.

ASUS 的 WL-500gp 和 520gu 都有USB接口，可以直接接USB flash drive.
这些便宜的时候大概 $20 在 mail in rebate。我积过几个。CPU速度比 WRT54G略慢，
但跑Asterisk应该没有问题。 网上有许多报导的。 |

discontinued.
You can try to buy one wrt54g-tm from ebay or other places. About $30 (?)

配置Ram 32M, Flash memory 8M跟Linksys WRT54G-TM一样，
另外多出了两个USB口，可以实现接打印机或者外接硬盘实现网络存储。
关于自我恢复就是，有时候处于各种目的，需要把路由器里原厂固件
要刷成第三方linux固件（給路由器换个操作系统）,从而实现更多高级功能，
譬如Tomato固件以优秀的的QOS功能著称，可以做到下BT看PPLIVE同时浏览网页 甚至联网游戏都不受影响；DD－WRT固件可以实现很多包括桥接，信号放大等等高级应用。
但是万一刷固件失败（不匹配等等原因），ASUS可以按reset键很方便自我恢复到出厂设置，而Linksys没有这个功能，万一刷坏，基本上就费了，要修的话得打开机器，焊上并口线连到台式机恢复，总之恢复非常困难。 |

你也许可以试试Asus ASUS WL-520GU
但是dd-wrt就不用试了，Qos烂的无边，
tomato请避开原版，Qos同样很烂，
可以考虑tomato 带speed mod的Teddy Bear Mod，hardc0re Mod，Victek Mod. Tomato
RAF，Teddy Bear Mod用的人似乎最多。不过这些版本偶尔会出一些很奇怪的小问题。
个人对netgear印象很好，固件性能很稳定，远远强于linksys，你或许可以试试带qos
的NETGEAR WNR2000，不过最好是退货方便且无手续费的网站或者实体店,amazon,
walmart等，因为无线路由器可以出的问题实在是太多了。

ones around $77 on sale. They both have 5 giga
ports.
rt-n16 deal may have passed, but newegg has
sales once in a while. rt-n16 is supposed
to be better (hardware) if you really want to 刷

But I like 3500L better, because 1. my old netgear
624 is very good, never had a problem 24x7 for
years, and it is still the same; 2. Netgear firmwares
are not as buggy as Asus firmwares. Those Asus
